    I bought two of these fans for our kids rooms. The first fan installed very easily with no issues. The only minor issue was the remote wouldn’t connect until we removed the battery and reset it. The second fan had poorly made hole for the blade installation. It was so bad that we had to remove the fan off the ceiling and slowly drill in the screws one hole at a time to remake the holes. After that, we still had to install all the blades on the ground and carry the whole fan up to the ceiling to install. Luckily it’s a small fan so it’s at least light enough to lift. Better quality control would prevent incidents like what we experienced.

    Bought for small bedroom. Perfect size. Looks good and runs perfectly!

    Light randomly flickers, brightens, or shuts off right out of the box. Hunter fan doesn’t give a crap, they’ll tell you to push some buttons on the remote to turn off the dimming feature and then turn it back on. This does nothing. Receiver or remote died this week, not sure which and don’t really care at this point.

    UPDATE TO REVIEW BELOW:I contacted Hunter and reset the connection between the receiver and the remote. So far the issues I described below have not occurred! Hunter sent me a new receiver, free of charge, just in case this fix didn’t solve the problem. The representative was really nice. I encourage the people who had issues w/ the fan to contact Hunter for a fix.Buyer beware – this fan is trash. I had it professionally installed. The motor lapses periodically and the light goes off on its own. My daughter is completely freaked out to be in her own room because of the possessed fan/light. My electrician came out again to inspect the fan and he agreed that there is a faulty connection. He also said that while Hunter used to be reliable, he’s seen a lot of defective models recently.

    This came with the wrong size screws. One blade didn’t even have holes drilled in it. Very difficult.Also the light blinks on and off. It’s way too expensive to have this kind of quality control issues.

    Pretty expensive for what it is. Light assembly is pretty difficult. Battery for remote came dead. So for over 250 dollars need to spend more to get it to work. Also fan has a grinding noise when running. Not your normal fan noise but like something is grinding ever rotation.

    I purchase two of these fans for two guest bedrooms. When my electrician installed them (paid $100 for each install) we turned each on and the motor made a loud noise, such as nobody could sleep with this fan in the room.Luckily Amazon was understanding and credited me for the two fans without sending them back. My handyman took them to the dumpster. What a shame that there is no quality control.Thank you Amazon for understanding and accommodating. I will order other ones, not from the same company.

    Super good looking fan, blows good air, is quiet, but we ordered one and the light would go on and off. Amazon sent us another one, and this one won’t turn on setting one and the light goes on and off (less often than the first one). Paid to have installed.
