    This is a beautiful light fixture, and the fan works great! The product was received as advertised. However, I ordered two fixtures and had an electrician install one fixture. He had a difficult time trying to attach the plastic scallop light filter to the fixture. Since electricians are expensive, my husband tried attaching the plastic filter after the fixture was installed. After several unsuccessful attempts to get the filter on and damaging it in the process, we opened the new box and tried the filter –it was a perfect fit! Upon comparing the two plastic filters, all we had to do was trim the plastic within the center circle area. I reached out to Amazon to purchase a new filter for my second fan, and was directed to the seller. The correspondence options for the seller are available in a foreign language so I am unable to communicate with anyone. I’m looking into other options to have a new filter custom made/cut for my 2nd fixture since I have a template and correct measurements. That said, I am happy with the product overall, but the scallop plastic filter was a challenge to figure out and there are no instructions provided for it.

    I purchased this light fixture months back and initially had to get it replaced because a piece was cracked. Amazon and the seller replaced it immediately so that wasn’t an issue but you can imagine my disappointment at the time. This is actually my second review because now that I have actually put it up, I am impressed. It is beautiful and I can’t stop staring at it. My electrician installed it last week and he liked that the fan had different light shades/modes. It adds to the ambiance and gives this place a modern look. Good bye old propeller looking ceiling fan!

    I love products that are rarely seen in others homes and this fan/light is gorgeous. My only issue is the metal around the skirt of the light came to me bent. I had it professionally installed and did not want the electrician to have to come back (more money) I kept it. Also you may need a heavier bracket because my electrician built one for support because this fixture is quite heavy.

    there was NO book of instructions. only one piece of paper. there were 2 parts. the fan and connector and a scalloped shade that was not attached. there was a shade for the top already in place. TWO hours trying to stick the shade under the ledges, it was just not big enough. we tried every way and there were 4 of us. we placed the shade on top of the fan ledge and saw it was a perfect fit. we just said heck with it and super glued it to the fan mount. we can still get in and clean..

    The light looks fine and the fan is quiet, but contrary to what the description states, the light does not dim from the remote. We thought we connected it wrong, so we had an electrician check installation. It was wired correctly. Since there were no operating or installation instructions in the box, I am guessing the remote should dim the light, however it does not. I don’t believe it is the best made light for the money.

    I love this fan look pretty inside the room easy to install but the fan remote control unfortunately isn’t working on mine so my fan doesn’t turn on. It was working fine and stopped working.

    I like that the tried to do something different with the design of this fan. The air flow is good, but more focused than a regular fan. the light cover was cracked and the plastic crystal was scratched up. The worksmanship looks a little inconsistent. Overall, it will be fine, but I wouldn’t order it again.
