    When I got the box, I was a happy man. That’s were the happiness ends. The product shown is not what you get. The remote is completely different. There are no color changing choices. There is no dimming. The is a speaker grill to make it look like there’s a speaker but there isn’t one inside of it. The instructions for it are for a completely different fan (to the point where the wires don’t even match up, so you better know something about electricity or this might hurt a bit, i found out the hard way). And what’s even better, is you can’t tell that this is… … …not the product you purchased, until you have it installed, have already gone out and bought the hardware needed to actually install it the right way (if your ceiling is anything but flat, you can’t install it out of the box), that you get to realize that this isn’t what you ordered! Yeah I will go through the hassle of taking this damn thing back down off my ceiling and taking it back to UPS to get my money back. I don’t know if this store has anything else but I will NEVER shop ANYTHING from this store again. Plus side, the motor is damn near silent ?.Edit: I will however give their Customer Service team some credit. Once they found out that there was a problem they reached out to me to see how they could fix the issue. Just for that I bumped it up to 2 stars.

    I really like this fan it’s great. I cannot lie my husband didn’t install but didn’t seem to have any trouble. It seems to be very well made of high quality material and so far so good it works great I would purchase again.
