This fan was a great price for real wood blades. The looks didn’t disappoint, but there are issues with the instructions and hardware. First, the instructions are very elementary which wasn’t a problem for my husband who is experienced, however there was a mystery plate that is never referenced in the instructions and didn’t seem to fit anywhere. Second, there is not a downrod ball as is shown in the pictures so the fan would not hang straight on a slightly angled ceiling. (We used the shortest downrod). When we fired it up the blades were hitting something and sounded terrible. We had to install locktite washers to keep the blade screws from hitting the motor. Even then something is rattling around in the motor upon start up, but the hassle of taking it down and trying to return it seems worse than putting up with it as is. The light is bright and the dimming feature is nice. No remote instructions so not sure what some of the symbols mean? Thankfully it was a bargain, but a hassle to install!

Like the fan but instructions could have been better

Installed this fan out on my new patio ceiling. Looks great, quiet enough, and moves plenty of air. Good buy!

I ordered this fan to replace a 30-year-old all-weather fan in my garage. I know… why a fan in the garage? We have a secondary laundry facility in that part of the garage and use it as a workshop as well, and in the summer months it becomes overly warm. We have a gas heater in the space for winter, and the fan helps to distribute the warmth.Assembling this fan is easy and is very straightforward. The assembly at the ceiling is a bit different that others: instead of having a floating ball mount that allows the fan to swivel and settle in a level position, the post is solidly fixed in place and allows for no movement. My only problem with that is that the post is not at a perfect 90-degree angle from the base (and I think it’s because the mounting bracket isn’t perfectly straight.) Note that in my case I know the mounting box is level: this is an issue with the fan. So, after assembly, the fan works great and without any wobble, but is slightly canted. Believe it or not, because of the location, this actually works out well for me… but it would NOT be acceptable if the unit were inside the home. I used the longer down-rod as my garage has a 10-foot ceiling. The output from this fan is phenomenal. It’s light years ahead of the fan it replaced, and other that the whoosh of air at higher speeds, it’s perfectly silent. The remote is actually the same remote I’ve received with 3 other fans, offering 6 speeds, reverse, “wind mode” (which changes the speed of the fan randomly to simulate an outdoor breeze?), timer features and control for a light fixture (which this fan doesn’t have.) I’ve paired the remote with a Bond whole-home ceiling fan controller, enabling me to control all functions with voice commands through Alexa.Based upon my experience, and for the particular use I’d intended this fan, I would order it again. If it was used elsewhere, I would be more concerned with the blades being level. My hope is that this fan lasts as long as its predecessor.

I love the design of this fan. Of course I didn’t read the description well enough and this doesn’t have a light. I’m not sure if they sell a light kit for it because it’s not clearly mentioned. But this seems very nice quality and materials seem of very high quality as well.

The ceiling fan was an easy installation. I am giving it 4/5 stars due to the fact that a piece was missing, however does not affect the functionality of the fan. Also, it would have been nice if the included mounting screws for the bracket to the ceiling. I was able to reuse the previous fan’s screws with some washers. Overall the fan looks nice and is a huge upgrade from my previous fan. It is very quiet and adds esthetics to my living room.

This is a very beautiful wood blade fan, instructions could be a little better. But for the price and the beauty you can’t beat it! Air circulation is very good and it’s quite quiet. I really like having a remote but I’m still learning it. Im very happy with it!

Is impressive, looks elegant and is real wood. Worth the 145, if you have experience putting up ceiling fans this one won’t give you any problems, is the same as any ceiling fan, my husband got it up in 15 minutes.
