I am losing my mind. The beeping is driving me insane..I purchased two of these fans along with the wall mounts. One fan, wall mount, and remote work perfectly. The other is the devils son. For whatever reason it beeps all the time. My boyfriend thinks the Bluetooth pairing is auto disconnecting.I have replaced the batteries, downloaded the app… followed all the instructions a dozen times….and it still beeps. It’s 3am.. I can’t sleep because of this beeping. I have spent a good 4+ hours trying to fix this issue to no avail.I have reached out to the seller and will update my review if/when they respond.I am not a happy camper.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. We love the fan! Yes, you have to be a little bit handy to install the fan. But I am not an electrician and I am always fearful with electricity. But thanks the good installation guide I was able to install it first try!We also bought the 18″ extension rod and the wall control. Again, all installed without issues. It took me about 2 hours for everything. The remote is very convenient since we installed the fan in our bedroom. The light is dimmable with various steps. The color of the light is warm white and cosy.Happy we invested the money and got a good product for it.

We bought this fan for our master bedroom for our new house. We moved in a few month ago and we are ceiling fan people at night. I need the air flow on me or I get too hot. The airflow is fine, is the random knocking sounds this fan makes THE ENTIRE TIME IT SPINS. It doesn’t matter if it’s on level 1 or level 6, it makes this annoying knocking sound internally and I cannot sleep. If it was a consistent air movement sound, that would be fine, but half the time I’m wondering if someone is in the house and it’s the damn fan. I am buying a different fan for our bedroom. I have been losing sleep to this thing ever since we moved in. I’ve finally hit my breaking point.

Quiet!!Not easy to install comparto another NEW fan it replaced.Solid as a ROCK no noise. Love the look. DC is the only way to go. iPhone app and Alexa integration work well.Only wish it was 56 vs 54 but it works, Great.

IT TOOK ABOUT 2 HOURS FOR AN EXPERIENCED ELECTRICAL PERSON TO INSTALL. PAGE 10 SHOULD BE PAGE 9 TOO LATE TO INSTALL RING, HAD TO THROW IT AWAY. ONLY OTHER OPTION WAS TO REWIRE LIGHT UNIT, WAS NOT GOING TO DO THAT. DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE “SMART” FEATURE, PLEASE MAKE SURE I DID NOT ORDER THAT FEATURE, I THOUGHT I DID. BUT SO GLAD TO FINALLY GET IT UP, MOVES AIR PERFECTLY AND LOVE THE LIGHT THAT IS DIMMABLE.

We knew it was plastic buying this so we were not surprised like many of the people who have reviewed this product. We have high ceilings to this is great as you cannot see the plastic up close! looks more like wood
