    We bought two of these fans for two bedrooms. They look great, we’re easy to install, we love the app and that it’s connected to Google Assistant. My only complaint is that the remote doesn’t always work. It’s clearly super cheap and the power button is also the pair button so I find myself pressing it a lot or even to the point where I’m re-pairing it bc it doesn’t always turn on. The brightness buttons also don’t always work. The app is easy enough to use in its place but my daughter doesn’t have a phone to control the light in her room so it’s frustrating.

     Great fan for my purposes. I searched high and low for an affordable, DC-motor, indoor/outdoor (covered patio) fan (44″ – 48″) that checked all the boxes.This fan fit the bill. It has weather-proof blades, APP control-ability, voice control, 10 speeds, winter-summer reverse functionality, 3-level lamp brightness settings, etc. … and it’s simple to install.Getting the APP and voice control functionality is a bit finicky, but once setup, the APP works brilliantly.I know it’s early in the process, but my initial response is, “What a great fan!”———————————Important caution: The fan blade screws consist of a locking washer and flat washer combination. As a result, the screws are a bit short and require a little pressure to screw in/down. If you cinch the locking screw too tightly, it will lose its bite, and you will no longer be able to cinch it. Thus is exactly what happened in my case. However, I was fortunate to have six right-sized screws handy to attach the fan blades to the motor housing.

    Do not buy this product. This fan fall appart just one month after install. It was installed by profesional electrition. I contacted Amazon for assistance in getting refund, but my request was rejected. Amazon suggested to write review and wait for manufactury to respond.

    got this fan to install in our nursery. love that it comes with a remote, but if you forget to grab it when holding a baby that falls asleep, you can control the light and fan right from an easy to use app

    The product is packaged well. Looks and feels like quality products. Followed the instructions for installation, mostly accurate but struggled at two steps.At stage 2.1, just push the light kit down the shaft and line up the hole so that one screw can be put in to hold the light in place.At stage 3.2, the instruction tells you to install four rod screws. However, if you install screws on both sides, The wiring cover B3 will not be able to slide down to cover them. There’s no way to take the washers off of these screws. If you want to install screws on both sides, you’ll have to find matching screws.At stage 5.3, please note that the mounting bracket only have enough room for the control module, the power wire needs to be connected routing through the back.You need to have two AAA batteries for the remote control, they are not supplied. The instruction says that you need to hold the pair/power for 3 seconds. Just hold it until it pairs. It definitely took more than 3 seconds to pair.Everything else is easy and eventless. The installation can be done within 30-40 minutes if you follow the instructions and my suggestions above so that you don’t struggle with any steps.The app is easy to install and use. It turns everything gray if the fan is turned off as if they are no longer available. But you can still operate the lights even if these buttons are gray. The app let you operate the lights separately with yellow and white. Optimally there should be one button to turn lights on or off. With this app, you have to tap twice with a noticeable lag between the tap.If the manufacturer can address these design flaws in hardware and app, the overall rating can be upgraded to 5 stars. Overall, this is a decent product with decent price.The elf-ear style blades are stylish by some viewers. It’s definitely a different look than the traditional 5 blade heavy duty fan that it had replaced. The blades itself generate un-noticeable noise. There’s no noticeable noise up to level 6 or 7. At level 10, most of the noise are just wind and turbulence, little is heard of the fan itself.

    There are places where explanations are missing in the installation instructions.The remote control is powered by two AAA batteries. The battery did not come with the product. I paired the remote control with the device in about 3-4 seconds.It didn’t take an hour to install.Fan not working very loud. There is almost no sound at level 6. As the rotation speed increases, it makes noise due to the friction of the air.

    I use this fan in a sheltered outdoor area and so far am enjoying it a lot.Installation was a bit of a time challenge for me as I haven’t installed many ceiling fans. The instructions were ok, it was more me just doing things slighting not correct and then reading the instructions again and fixing the user error.I enjoy the flexibility of this fan. More than just 3 speed settings is something I like. The yellow and white light settings aren’t as much of a bonus for me as I’m mainly not using the light unless I’ve dropped something in the dark and need light to find it.The app is a good beginning. I am a fan (ahem) of apps for things like this ceiling fan because I lose or damage remotes way too often. Though I prefer to use a remote, it is nice to always have a backup.Overall I’m pleased with this ceiling fan.
