    UPDATEAPBEAM Lighting went above and beyond to help me with my remote control battery cover problem. It was a minor problem (the door didn’t stay latched) to be sure. In the end, they heard my concern and sent me a new remote. NOW…..I’m embarrassed to admit that I did NOT understand why sending me a new remote was such a problem for them. It turns out the remote control is tied 1:1 to the receiver unit in the ceiling fan so not only did they send me a new remote….they had to send me a new receiver. THAT was an expensive return for them….considering I only needed the battery door. So……THANK YOU for doing this for me. Of course, I will NOT be replacing the receiver unit in the ceiling fan. THAT works just fine. All I need is the battery door. And now I have that….and way more.APBEAMLighting was very very very helpful. The light is PERFECT now.ORIGINAL REVIEWIt’s a very nice fan. Easy to install. Love that it had a cable that I could use to hang the fan from the mount while I connected the wires from the ceiling to the fan itself. That is usually a two-person job but with the cable I could do it myself. Balanced the fan with no issues. It’s quiet, no shakes or wobbles. Had a small problem with the door to the battery compartment on the remote not staying shut. Took longer than I thought it should to resolve BUT, Im happy to say, a new remote is on the way to me so that problem should be taken care of.

    I purchased this looking at the rustic look it would bring to the dinning room area, it arrived and was installed finally just yesterday. The install was pretty easy to get done but when I went to put the light bulbs into the light, we found that the recommended lights that are “sold with this item” were just to big to fit into the lighting area. Now I am waiting on new shorter lights to fit into the new fan/light but will have to wait and see after they come in but the ones that are shown with the product are not found at all on the site. Was easy to request a refund on the lights and now ordering new lights that will look totally different and at this point I am not even sure if the ones that were ordered will give that wanted rustic look that I was looking for. How do you take the whole thing down and ship it back after spending the time and funds to take the old one down and put this one up just to find that it is now not going to look like what you expected, trust me at this point that is still an option that I may end up having to do if the look does not come out the expected way. Those managing the web page really should have been more aware if this and at least offered some additional options than what they have. No pictures yet seems it is still dark in the room and I await the other lights that should be coming, maybe after I can update it with those unless it looks bad and all needs to just be taken down.

    The lamps that came up on site as being “ordered” with this fan were too long. Maximum bulb length is 4.3 inch/11CM. Make sure of the bulb size before ordering.

    This fan was what we were looking for. We loved how the fan blades are hidden until you turn it on. The copper color finish goes great with our kitchen. The remote control is handy and works well.

    The fan itself once installed is great. But it would have required a five inch electrical box in the ceiling. No such animal. We have to make our own braces out of wood and anchor them to the braces supports in the ceiling removing the electrical box first. It took a hood deal of thinking and creating. Literally took hours But now that it’s up we love it

    This fan is beautiful and makes zero noise. It is important to know it is not dimmable… it does say so but I missed it. Make sure you don’t mind the many light bulbs and the brightness. I’m still not sure about keeping it only because of how bright it is. Besides that it is beautiful!

    Bought three of these, very easy to install. The motor noise level is quiet, lumen output is bright, and moves plenty of air. No balancing was needed for any of them.
