    magnets that hood light up or fairly weak and need to be stronger, but the customer service has been very attentive, which goes a long way.

    This fan really blows some arctic air. I’ve had to keep it at the lowest and sometimes reverse the rotation not to get too cold. The light comes in handy so you don’t have to get up to get some light.

    Exactly as i expected, looks really good but the light is actually magnetic so be careful when you install it

    The fan is very nice and very quiet. I was able to bypass the remote control unit for the light so I could still use the light switch on the wall and still have another switch to turn off the fan. But if you turn off the switch going to the controller, it does not go to the “last known state” meaning you could turn it off via switch but when you turn the switch back on you need to use the remote to start the fan again. It would be better if it went back to the last setting. If it did, I would have given it 5 stars.

    LED Light started flickering after only 3 days of use.. now unable to have the lighting on. Haven’t been able to find a new replacement light kit. VERY DISSATISFIED & VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

    I ordered two of these fans, one has a broken globe…hoping to get a replacement. One fan had 3 blades that were shiny and 3 blade matte finish. The second fan had all matte finish blades. Also, the instructions are terrible to follow. Thank goodness my husband has some electrical experience. Other than what I’ve mentioned, the fans look good and are quiet.
