This light is definitely a cool idea, chandelier and a fan in one. But ultimately it was a real pain to install and the directions were super unclear. When you use any button on the remote it makes a super annoying beeping sound. There are 4 light settings but you have to cycle through every time and can’t set it to turn on a certain way. When the power goes out the light defaults to on so that was less than great at 3 am when the neighborhood lost power and we woke up to a loud beep and the brightness of the sun. The ultimate reason I don’t suggest this light though is that it is no longer a light! It slowly started flickering on one setting and then was missing a few settings. Finally it just won’t turn on at all now. It’s not ideal to say the least. For over $250 I expected it to last at least 5 years but this is obviously a cheaply made junk box.If you do get it get the warranty and I hope you love installing and reinstalling fans.
