    It is exactly what you think you are getting. Looks great, it does switch from bright white to cool white then to more of a yellow (incandescent type of light). It has three speeds, it has a rotating air diffuser right below the fan blades. You know all of that already. It is a tunnel type of fan, so unlike a regular ceiling fan, it does not create a large column of breeze for the entire room, rather, it creates a column of breeze directly below the fan assembly. Ah, but don’t judge it as a fail too fast, because, depending on the room it is installed in, you might see that fact as a good thing. For instance, a bedroom (12 x 14 for example) that is upstairs and always warmer than other rooms, this is a great fan for that situation. Fan velocity is great, cools down the afore mentioned bedroom well. My only complaint is this fan is “loud”. It is a tunnel fan, it does spin at a much faster rate than regular ceiling fans, so there are good reasons for the “loudness”, my issue is however, that with a higher quality fan motor shroud, I believe the loudness could of been managed better. It is a “hum” at all speeds that I speak of, along with of course the high speed nature of this tunnel fan, blowing more air at a higher speed, well it means more wind noise, but combing with the “hum” it might be too much, for example, someone in that afore mentioned bedroom who is trying to sleep. I give it a solid 3 of 5 stars because it works great, looks great, moves air. Not a 4 or 5 star fan, too much plastic and not enough thought put into lowering the motor “hum” decibels.
