    I am very impressed with this fan/light. I have been using A/C fans for years and was worried a D/C motor would be less powerful. That is not the case, this fan is very powerful and I’d like to add it’s one of the quietest I’ve had. It was packaged well, arrived on time (couple days early), easy to assemble and install. I connected to my Google Home and control the fan speed, white and yellow light levels with my voice commands.Pro: cost, full function remote, low noise level, D/C motor uses less power than A/C, multiple speed fan, customizable light brightness and warmth, easy to assemble and install, WI-FI/Bluetooth, reverse without turning off, no mechanical switches on the unit, and my favorite is the App ability, their App has so many features it is better to use than the remote.Con: I have no complaints so far…I highly recommend this if you are looking for a customizable WiFi fan light! I’d be happy to answer some questions if not too complicated.

    Beautiful fan, lovely breeze. Can’t get it to spin steady. Noticed the motor (?) just below the canopy is titled crooked, can’t adjust. Also noticed some of the blades lay flatter against the housing than others. The balancing clip is too narrow to get onto the blades, scuffed a blade and the clip snapped in half. It would’ve been nice for the parts of a brand new fan to come out the box perfect.I HATE that they didn’t provide a wire for a separated fan switch. The wall switch is meant to be always left on in order to use any smart interface. It uses a DC motor so I’m also unable to use any hard wired fan speed control or light dimmer switches without creating a fire hazard. Major bummer. This is the first time I’ve ever disliked a smart home feature. I much prefer the option of using a smart wall switch to do the exact same thing, but better.Instructions aren’t the best. Remote was finicky to pair. Had to go to the website for updated instructions to configure to Alexa.I honestly tried looking for another fan but couldn’t find anything in my price range that I liked. Overall, it’s just okay. Also, Home Depot was selling this exact fan for over $100 more, this is a Carro manufactured fan in the model Veter, recently renamed to the model name Brisa. I was skeptical at first and had both Amazon and Home Depot ship to my house just to be sure I wasn’t getting a crappy counterfeit. I returned the Home Depot ones. The fact that they literally just slapped a Smaair sticker on the box is bewildering but I’m not mad at it.

    Beautiful fan with some cool features like changing the light color and able to dim, however, trying to get the remote to pair with the fan (and wifi) was a hassle. It also has an app you can use and that worked fine, but the remote just would not pair.

    After installation the fan worked as advertised. The only issue was mounting the down rod to the canopy (step 7). The holes for the screws did not align. Only a quarter of the hole was visible so I had to re-drill them so the screws could thread to the down rod.Edit: The company contacted me after this review and offered a $20 refund for our trouble installing. We like the fan and once installed it works well and looks nice. I appreciate them reaching out and offering a partial refund for our trouble.

    I have been so over the top impressed with these, the features are awesome! But they impressed me by just how quiet they are! The lights levels are awesome too! And they can throw some air, more than any other fan I’ve ever owned. I don’t think I’ll ever buy another kind as long as these are available!

    Really like the low profile and it’s pretty easy to install it. The motor doesn’t take out any noise the only thing that I can hear how fast the blades are spinning. I bought 2 more to replace all my ceiling fan. Love this thing!

    Nice fan for smart settings with Google. Low noise. Remote isn’t the best but we have it connected with our good home and works great with app.
