    We bought this fan for our son & DIL for their house-warming gift. IT. IS. FANTASTIC.!! There is virtually no noise/sound no matter what speed you have it on. It is easy to assemble but it does take some time and although I wouldn’t exactly say it’s “easy” to install – it actually depends on the height and angle of your ceiling – it just takes at least 2 people to do it. (luckily we had 3!) Once you get through it, it is worth the assembly & installation time for sure. (Note: don’t forget to also order a longer downrod if needed!) It is definitely a conversation piece and a beautiful/unique one at that! It is so beautiful & looks very high end. We are happy we purchased it for such a sentimental gift & the kids are in awe of it! Nice job!! We’re all thrilled with it!

    I had this installed by a professional electrician. I used a 36” Quorum down rod in place of the short one as we have a cathedral ceiling. I also added the light kit. No matter what we do it wobbles even on the lowest tan speed. I’m very disappointed after investing so much money into this product.

    Love this fan. Highly recommend to watch the you tube videos on how to put together. Photos of before and after popcorn removal, paint and new fan. It has lots or parts and the blades and bars have to be turned a certain way. But be patient as it was worth the look. Works great, comes with a remote with six speeds as well as reverse. Had to call service department for the reverse speed. The recommended speed is set to four, then push the reverse button. Works like a charm.

    First the fan arrived with a missing blade, then that was resolved. Then the fan stopped working completely, they think it’s either the receiver or the motor. We have asked for a new remote receiver. The merchant says there is a supply problem from Quorum. Now they say the receiver will be here in a week, hopefully. I will post an update when resolved. I think the merchant is trying.

    The fan didn’t come with the wall switches as indicted. Customer service did send them to me but it wasn’t an easy fix. We installed this ourselves, replacing an older ceiling fan. The wires didn’t match up and it still doesn’t work with the wall switches. We’re still having to use the remotes (Hope we never loose the remotes!!). Husband is extremely handy but even this kicked his butt and now we have to hire an electrician for something that should have been an easy switch out. I love the fans. They’re what we were looking for in upgrades. I just wish they were an easy switch out.
