   There was a noise during the installation.’boom’ Since then, the ceiling fan has not operated. I want to exchange it for a normal product.

   Added a new front porch, and it dresses it up , great air flow, up or down. Use it everyday.

   The fan didn’t come with the wall switches as indicted. Customer service did send them to me but it wasn’t an easy fix. We installed this ourselves, replacing an older ceiling fan. The wires didn’t match up and it still doesn’t work with the wall switches. We’re still having to use the remotes (Hope we never loose the remotes!!). Husband is extremely handy but even this kicked his butt and now we have to hire an electrician for something that should have been an easy switch out. I love the fans. They’re what we were looking for in upgrades. I just wish they were an easy switch out.

   Really liked the look so I purchased 2 way in advance of my outdoor kitchen build like the rest of the appliances. Now that we’ve installed them my Electritian says one fan is bad and just doesn’t work. Hopefully the vendor can help me out. I purchased October 2018 so I don’t know. Would suck if they don’t help me out, they’re not cheap.

   I purchased this fan and it arrived with a broken receiver for the remote. Being the remote was the only way to turn it on I thought it was the wiring. I got a new receiver finally. One year later it went out again. It’s 100$ to replace the receiver.
