    I would have rated higher but unit does NOT come with Wall Switch control as included in Amazon posted product description. It does come with remote control only. Looks Great; this is a heavy unit – appears sturdy.This unit was installed in beach house, which I rent out on a very limited basis. Wanted unit with wall switch, so renters would not lose remote. So I freaked prematurely. Called Quorum customer support. (initially got wrong answer) but then got correct answer from Corey who indicated after initial set up with remote, I could select speed and let fan be controlled by preexisting normal wall switch (regular single pole wall switch). This is GREAT. Now I have selected speed. Renters now can ONLY turn on and off at switch, and I don’t have to worry about them playing with speeds or reversing fan. Yahoo!

    This fan is beautiful, just what we wanted. Great to look at, however……When we run it it makes a clicking type noise.It also sways a bit. The manual indicates that the swaying is normal.Something we don’t remember reading in the description.It is beautiful however and we love the color.

    So we are building/Designing the 1st out of 7 spec houses and I bought 5 of these fans. We put up the first 2 and loved them the 3rd was defective would not go together right (they let me return this one) Then 2 were 2 large for the room so we were going to return them and buy the smaller size HOWEVER we were one day over the 30 day and they rejected our request to return! ONE DAY – so if you are not able to install these right away DO NOT PURCHASE from this vendor. I am now looking for a new fan because no matter how much I like the look I wont use this company. CRAZY SIMPLY CRAZY terrible customer service will cost this company because I will not buy and I will make sure none of the designers I know will either. Gave 2 stars only because the fans that we put in and work and it looks great.

    We bought this fan for our cabin in 2018 and it only worked a few weeks. We ordered another part for it to work in 2019 and since 2018 this fan has only ran for 30 days total, tops.. I’m so sad because it’s such a beautiful piece in our front porch but we finally have to look into replacing it and it was a very expensive piece. : (

    I Purchased this fan in Febuary 2020 for our new shop kitchen-didn’t get it installed until April. It worked a little bit-maybe a week, then quit working for us. It was too late to return it so I bought another one just like it so I could return the older one-the 2nd fan quit working within 2 weeks of installation. It’s a piece of junk. I got a refund on one, but have had to lose the thousand dollars I spent on the first on. It should have been waranted for 1 year, but no support. Don’t buy this fan- it’s really pretty, but won’t work for long!!
