The fan works as described. It is pretty much silent, the light is great, the speeds on the fan and it’s 60” span are suitable for a bigger room. The issue I had was it’s installation. It does come with very long wiring, and you will need to shorten these if you are using the 6” rod supplied with the fan. The smaller transmitter has to go above the support bracket and the larger transmitter into the bracket. That is the only way the canopy will be level with the ceiling. The big issue is the light plate. This has a big connector which would just not fit into the small cavity. Now when you are standing on a ladder and the fan is swaying it is virtually impossible to have it align and fit. After 1 hour of attempts I gave up and had to go to Home Depot to get smaller and flexible connectors, cut out the connector that was supplied and this solved the problem. The other thing I recommend is to remove the blade screws before you hang the motor up. This will save you a few minutes during the install. Overall, I am happy I bought this fan!

Fan is really light when it came in box I thought I would be heavier. There was no manual that came in the box so tried to do it myself, had to redue downrod install 3x because I left things off. Had to go look for installation manual online. There were 4x ground wires so had to strip wires more so I could use wire nut on ground wire. Installing fan blades is also a pain in the butt. Normal fans have 2 screws. But this can has 2 additional screws that secured blades to another metal ring for support. Putting last blade on was difficult since each blade is notched and grooved to lock them to each other so you have to loosen another blade to maneuver blade into groove. After install, since I did not have a manually, I could not get app to work with wifi fan. Had to chat with app chat support to figure out. Note, if fan is on more than 10 minutes, it goes out of setup mode so syncing with app does not work well. You have to use light switch to cut off power for 2 minutes to reset fan. Then connect via phone wifi to fan and it will launch bond app. Overall best looking fan I’ve installed so far. Works great with Alexa.

This fan looks great and runs smoothly. No noise, can control via phone app, but the install was frustrating for nothing. They could have made the housing just a little bigger which would have avoided a lot of swearing. But once it’s installed it’s gorgeous.

This fan was extremely complicated to install, the instructions were very poor. Not happy about it. Also for some reason the fan started to shake and sounded like almost falling down when it is turned on through the Google hub. This happened several times, not sure what’s going on.

Arrived quickly and is even more beautiful than pictured.

This is most expensive fan I’ve ever bought, but I don’t see the value. Poorly thought out install, with a mess of wires (I think there were 5 separate ground wires), and vague manual. 12 wires, 2 modules (one for Wi-Fi one for the remote) are expected to just be stuffed in the canopy cover (it doesn’t really fit). Surely, for an msrp of $600 you can afford to engineer a smaller singular Wi-Fi/RF module, surely you can provide a nicer remote than the thrift store bargain bin one you provided (without a battery I might add), surely you could spend time testing the feasibility actually installing the product. Maybe I expect too much? I picked this up on prime day at discount, and still feel a little scammed. I’ll be avoiding this company in the future. I guess the good news is I only have to install it once, and does look good up, but buyer beware, this install will ruin your day, and test your nerves.

I picked this fan because of the Bond integration know it worked with Home Assistant.Pros:- Quiet- Bond integration that works with Home Assistant (push updates with version 2021.3 and later)- Energy efficient DC motor- Attractive and looks like wood but is actually plastic (good for humid climates)- Airflow > 5000 CFMCons:- Difficult to assemble: Assembly instructions could be improved

Don’t recommend. Would return it if it wouldn’t be so annoying to uninstall.
