    I just want to say that anyone complaining that the light does not go completely off isn’t using the actual separate on/off button for this function. The light dimming function is only for dimming to the lowest light level. I like the style of this fan and the price point fit my budget. It is also very quiet, which was a big plus. My husband loves using the fan. I wish it had one lower level of air, since I usually don’t like much air unless it’s very hot inside. I would buy it again–hubbie says I did good!

    Good product, easy to install, looks great. Very quiet.2 things that could be improved: – Even at its lowest position, the fan moves air, a “even lower” mode would be appreciated. – The light color is not great. Yes you can choose “bright white” (Aggressive to me), or soft (too yellow), or both LEDs on. The resulting color of the light in the middle position is weird. it looks a bit grey. It is hard to explain…

     I love this fan! It looks beautiful. I bought five, actually. They were installed and seem to work fine. I need help resolving an issue with the light. I have the fans hooked up to their respective wall switches to control both the light and the fan simultaneously. The idea was to leave the light switch on and use the remote, but unlike the option of having a switch. When I have the fans on and turn off the light by remote, the LED stays on like a nightlight. It is very dim, but annoying, nevertheless. You can see in my video that when I walk over to the wall and turn off the switch the LED light goes out completely.I’m not sure how to fix this. Customer support said something about the ground wire not being attached properly and the switch allowing power to go through even when the light has been turned off by remote, thus keeping the light dimly lit. Can anyone help? I had an electrician do the work, and he will come back to help me, but I need to know what to tell him. Thanks!

    I ordered 2 fans from Sofucor and I’m extremely pleased with their products. The fans and lights have a variety of options that all work wonderfully. I did have an issue with missing remotes, but, after contacting the company, I received an immediate response. And, they shipped new ones to me within a week. I definitely recommend this product and company for quality and service!

    Does what it is supposed to do and does it quietly. Lihgt could be a bit brighter – it is dimmable – but I think at its brightess it could be brighter. But very happy. Bought 4 for the whole house.,
