    This fan has a classic rustic appeal to it. We hung it in our cabin over the dining table. Fits perfectly in a small space. The retractable fan blades are super cool. They remind me of beetle wings. The air flow was surprisingly powerful given the 36” blade length. A simple spring and magnet design holds the fan blades in place when not in use.     Love everything about this light/ fan except the annoying beep everytime you push a button on the remote. It’s very attractive and the fan is excellent. Over a year from purchase the amber light strips failed and the seller promptly sent a replacement.One weird thing about this fixture is when ever the power switch on the Wal is cycled it either turns the light on full brightness or the fan but not both. It can’t remember the setting g it was on when the switch was turned off. We just use the remote to operate it.

    Initially LOVED the fan, especially the way the fan really creates significant airflow. HOWEVER, after having it installed for less than 6 months that feature stopped working. Just stopped. Nothing happened to cause the blades to cease working, checked the batteries in the remote, nothing. No fan, just the light. Extremely annoyed.

    I really do like this fan/LED lite. The fan really blows…I do have an issue the wire basket over the glass globe is offset due to the screw hole is not centered. I have emailed them a week ago and still waiting on their response.I hope the customer service is more prompt.
