    I ordered 5 originally and 3 arrived damaged but not by the delivery service. The original packaging was crushed but the shipping box they were shipped to me in was pristine. Amazon was quick to replace them so it was only a minor inconvenience. The product is a great concept however the fan is small and you can only feel air movement directly underneath it. But it is still good for moving air in rooms with low ceilings, 6 speeds to choose from, and a reverse setting. The mount is made of plastic and doesn’t screw directly to an American style junction box without minor modification. (Drill another hole) option 2 is to find a ceiling joist to screw into. The light is cheap plastic and could use some quality upgrades but functionality is awesome. Super bright to soft white and everything in between plus a dimming function. Awesome! All in all this is a good product and would be great if the quality was a bit better.
