This fan is great looking. Modern and sleek look which is what we wanted. The motor runs smooth and quiet, the remote is easy to use and the fan was easy to install and set up. I would have given it 4.5 stars if I could since the air that comes out of the fan pretty much is directed straight down. Our old fan pushed it out a bit more. Probably not an issue in most rooms though.

Like this sleek, modern fan that is suitable for outdoor installation (have it on the porch). The remote setup is a bit more than I needed, but it’s a nice bonus.Two things not so good. First, installing is super-easy except for the controller/junction box, which has to be shoved up near the ceiling mount. It’s a tight fit. The other is that the installation and instruction manual is terrible. It’s better to just throw it out — it’s actually misleading. It’s not bad if you just look at the various parts.Overall happy with this fan.

This is our third Minka fan and we have always been impressed by their quality and modern designs. The “Simple” model was one of the few we could find that had the control for reversing the direction on the remote control instead of on the fan itself, which was important because it is installed on a 12 foot high ceiling and there was no way we were going to get on a ladder to flip the switch. We did have to buy a separate 24” down rod due to the height of the ceiling.

Very quiet easy to install fan. I also got the in-wall remote and it works great too. Installation was a breeze compared to other ceiling fans. All the electrical is pre-terminated with push in connectors. I didn’t realize I could skip the first step if installation if I wasn’t changing down rods. Could’ve saved some time.Highly recommended. I’ll update the review if the weather gets the best of it. I live in Nebraska so we have some extremes.

So it’s a bit thin and small. Not the span of the blades, but the fan itself has really zero substance. But that’s not a deal breaker for me. The airflow is incredible from it. It’s tiny and mighty.

We are absolutely in love with this ceiling fan! It ticked all the (many) boxes for us! It’s absolutely gorgeous, but that would be irrelevant if it was noisy! You cannot hear it at all!! Its sleek, contemporary styling are exactly what we were looking for. It’s quiet, has a remote control, and it has a reverse function that you can operate from the remote. We have a 14’ ceiling and it is like suspended art!! Very, very happy!!
