This fan is Light Kit Compatible with Minka Aire Universal Light Kits sold separately INCLUDED: RCS212 – Three-speed hand-held remote with full-range light dimming, Forward and Reverse function, WCS212 wall control and 6″ Downrod MOTOR: Conveniently quiet, 3 speed – reversible motor.

Run Summer and Winter to aid in rotating air and cutting down on energy costs.

DIMENSIONS: Measures 12” from the ceiling to the lowest point of the fan with the included 6″ downrod.

This Contractor Ceiling Fan has a blade sweep diameter of 54” with 14° Blade Pitch ADDITIONAL: Requires Bond hub BD-1000 (sold separately) to work with Amazon Alexa or Google Home.

    This product is beautiful. The combination of stainless steel and wood is a great transitional look. It will look good in many different decors. The remote does the job. The remote also has a reverse button which is a big improvement over having to get a ladder out to push a switch when the seasons change. We like this product so much we are going to purchase another for the room that we watch television in.It arrived in perfect packaging and while we did hire an electrician to install it; I think that if you are reasonably handy you could do it yourself if an existing fan is already in place.

    I was leery about installing the fan by myself because my left arm is somewhat gimpy with little strength. Now, for a little background, I was a pretty successful design engineer for over 30 years and used multiple quality tools and processes. The design for installation (even with one arm), user friendliness, and beauty all get 5 stars. I wish this company made dishwashers.

    Using the fan on an angled ceiling leaves a little to be desired. The fan was difficult for the installer to center while hanging straight down. It remains a little off center due to the standard parts provided. There needs to be an option available for angled ceilings.

    Great fan. I now have 4 of these in my house and they are great. I love the flexibility of having both a built-in wall control and also a remote. I like that I can set it to a speed and have it turn off and then turn back on and resume the same setting. Haven’t had any issues.
