This item is not new. It has a broken light cover mount and a broken insert for the light. No screws or washers were in package for installation. Would have returned this but needed it right then

I bought this light because I liked the looks of it w my decor and liked the features it offered. Very dissappointing. The postives: attractive, fan operates well and does dual directionThe negatives: installation instructions poor, clip missing, light housing scratched, proprietary BT app doesn’t work, Can’t dim lights, screws holding unit to ceiling/elec box too short– went to hardware store to replaceLights: not dimmable with remote. Can change hue by switching off and on with remoteFan: as far as I can tell, it operates as it should and is quiet. But we just installed it today so I hope it holds up. Other reviews make me skeptical.Music: Can’t operate; Bluetooth required “proprietary” app which is junkSuggestions: 1) provide installation instructions in english and more complete 2) make BT and dimming features compatible with Google and/or Alexa apps

Great size for my closet! I love that you can change it to any color you want. It can even go to the best of a song! I did not think it came with adequate instructions to put it together. I mean like none. For someone who had never put a fan together and installed one it was not good. I even tried to YouTube the fan to see how to do it. Not happy about that. I also do not like that I can’t change the brightness of the light with the actual remote. Only through the app. Not very convenient going in and out if you don’t have your phone. There were no instructions for the remote either. I would call this a champagne gold rather than a gold. Even the remote is more rose gold.

It was very difficult to install the first unit. The instructions were not very good. Also I purchased two fixtures and the sound quality of the speakers are horrible. Also as you can see from the picture the lighting has like stress dents. We were very careful with putting up both units and they both have it.

Negatives first – The instructions were horrible. The fixture feels cheaply made, the speaker has poor quality (which is ok, because for us the speaker was just a cool bonus, not the reason for buying it). The light flickers constantly when the speaker is connected (so we disconnected the speaker). And we installed this in our master bedroom, the app that goes along with it to control everything wouldn’t allow both mine and my husband’s phones to connect to it. And why, with a white light fixture, did it come with a GOLD remote? It’s ugly. Make it match the fixture. Definite improvements needed.Positives – With disconnecting the speaker, the light no longer flickers, the light fades on so it’s not super bright and harsh right away. The fan is great, gets good flow and is nice and quiet, and I love that the fan blades fold in when it’s shut off.

We love the concept, and the fan does seem to be nice and quiet. However, it is also the only thing that works!!!Installation instructions not helpful, illustrations seem to indicate another product.Light cover and speaker damaged. After a couple hours, I was able to get it hung and powered, but neither the light or the Bluetooth speaker work at all.I am calling in a professional to assist with installation and troubleshooting, but I suspect that everything below the fan in the power flow is malfunctioning. So, very expensive fan, no light no speaker.
