    We bought 3 of these to the guest bedrooms. They look good but one of them came with the light cover broken and the support doesn’t want to send the cover to us. We tried several times with the customer support to get just this part delivered with no success. We only found out the cover was broken after electrician installed which made things harder to return. WE DO NOT WANT TO ORDER A BRAND NEW ONE, WE JUST WANT THAT PART TO BE SENT TO US.Would make no sense to remove the whole fan and plus would be very costly hiring electrician to remove and reinstall which defeats the purpose.

    I liked everything about this product the size and mostly the color I was looking for. I have it in my Florida room. It’s perfect. Had an electrician Install it took him 45 minutes.

    For the price paid for this fan, the aesthetics just don’t hold up. It looks rather “cheap” in person. The appearance of this fan seems far more like a fan you’d put on an outdoor patio or gazebo, and I think you would expect a higher-end look for the cost of this fan. Other than that, it appeared it would be an easy install if it suits your taste. I just didn’t feel that the low-end look fit the price tag.

    I wanted a fan with a light for my grandsons room, he has a fan (no remote) but it doesn’t have a light. This fan is perfect, very neutral in color WITH a remote (that he loves)! Size, and color were just as described!

    It looks to be decent quality out of the box. I have not installed it yet, so will have to update my review after installation. But it appears to be on par with other, similar fans I have purchased that performed well.
