    I purchased 3 of these. We needed an electrician to install. 2 are working fine. 1 remote doesn’t work and I contacted the seller Sept 11,2022 to get replacement. They told me it would take 20 days to get replacement part. It showed up on Oct 8th. I’m waiting for electrician to install. Additional cost for me.

    Wiring diagram is garbage. Remote sensor is huge and barely fits under housing. Installing this thing is not for the faint of heart. If you do get it installed and wired correctly, you will be very happy with its performance.

    Paid an electrician to install this for me. I’m planning to return it, though, and here’s why:1) It did not include screws to go into a standard fan junction box, making it difficult to mount.2) It required you to connect the fan remote receiver to the fan wiring — 5 wires requiring wire nuts. Most fans have a quick connector to avoid the bulk and hassle of wire nuts. Also, these wire nuts did not grip well, so electric tape was required.3) The directions were very unclear. We just had to “wing it” on the installation.4) The fan does not have a finished look. You can see a gap and screws sticking through the plate that goes against the ceiling. There is also a flange, of sorts, that fits over the top of the fan motor, that has nothing to secure it. If you push it too close to the fan, it rubs against the fan blades and makes noise. If you move it too far away, there’s a visible gap.5) The light is very strange. You can select the color temperature, but every time you turn on the light, it moves to the next color temperature. That is to say, there’s no way to choose a color temperature and have the fan remember the color temperature.6) If utility power goes out (or the breaker trips), when power is restored, the light always come on, by default, whether or not it was turned on when power went out.I regret buying this fan and regret that I spent money on having it installed. I now have to remove it, package it back up, and return it to Amazon. I’d prefer to just throw it in the trash.Sad, because if a few details were fixed, this fan would look pretty nice.

    Not only the instructions are horrible the product speeds are too slow. Don’t buy it unless you want it as decoration.
