    This caged ceiling fan with light was perfect and every time I look at it I am thrilled! It’s quiet yet powerful and looks great, well made, remote is easy to use. If you are looking for light/fan combo in this style you won’t be disappointed!(comes with 2 remotes and 5 bulbs) Highly recommend- definitely worth the money.

    I absolutely love this light and the fan concept in one. The only problem I had is that when I received the ceiling fan, two of my bulbs were broken (one was an extra). So the packaging needs to be better to ensure that they arrive to the customer in tact. Other than that, I think it’s a great buy. I used the fan and light in my sunroom, and the fact that it came with a remote was just sweetener to the deal. I did however get a bulb that fit from Lowe’s. So, in case you buy it, and need new bulbs, you can cop them from your nearest Lowe’s. Anyway, I would recommend this because it truly is a great buy.

    I love this light/fan combo. It works and looks great! There was a standard ceiling fan with a light kit in the guest room. After putting bunk beds in the room for my grandsons I could really use the fan for fear that the person on the top bunk wouldn’t be safe! This provides more light and the little fan is small but mighty! It provides a nice stream of air.The installation was fairly normal. You need to turn off the breaker for that room, remove any light or ceiling fan already there, then either screw in there provided junction box or just hook up an extra wire that is provided to keep the fan/light secure hanging from the ceiling while you twist like colored wires together then cap them off. All you do know is to line up the screws to the holes and begin tightening with your fingers. Once all have been lightly screwed in, go around with a screw driver and regret them down just a little. Do not over tighten. Then put AAA batteries into one of the two provided remote controls and go ahead and turn the power back on to that room at the breaker box. Flip the switch on at the wall then push the on button found at the top of the remote.There are several extra features, like a timer to turn the fan off after 1,2, 6 hrs.This fan/light combo is a little pricey but I think it’s worth it. With the door closed this room gets really hot at night. It wasn’t safe to use a standard fan but this one is just right. And I love the timer. My grandson has it scheduled to turn off the fan early in the morning before he gets up.I recommend!

    This fan definitely fits that vintage, steampunk vibe. The fan itself is VERY quiet. It can be changed to blow air downward or to pull air upward. This is easy to accomplish using the included remotes.The light bulbs that come with it aren’t really my favorite color, so I you may want to replace them depending on you preferences. This does cast a lot of shadows due to the cage the lights and fan are in, so be prepared for that.If you’re planning to use this in a Childs room or in a place where children might try to grab it, because lets be real kids will think this looks really cool, make sure it is high enough as to be out of reach. The blades are metal and could do some real damage if little fingers get in the way. I only mention this because the first thing my little guy does with new things like this is jump up and touch them if he can.Overall, I really like the look and feel of this fan and light combo. It really adds to the look of the home and provides both light and air flow.
