   I LOVE the remote capability. It looks retro futuristic. It is well made, packaged with care and (according to hubby) easy to install. After some use, it did develop an “out of balance” sound which finally corrected itself.Is it quiet? No. Is it noisy? No. It is more of a “white” noise which deadens outside noises and lulls us to sleep. Would I purchase again? Yes.

   I liked the look of these but had concerns about that little fan moving air. I needn’t have worried. These things move air. They move a lot of air – so much so that we only use the fan on low. I bought two and they were east to install. They even included gloves so you don’t get fingerprints on the lights (oil from your skin can shorten the life of your bulbs). They look great. I’d love to give them 5 Stars but….. they do one thing that could be a problem. Our power went out twice last week and even though we had the lights off they turned on when the power came back on. I woke up to find both lights on. I thought it was a fluke or maybe my husband had turned them on. A few hours later the power went off again for a couple hours while they made repairs. When the power came back on the lights came on too. It’s not a problem if you’re home but if you’re gone it’s a waste of electricity. If the manufacturer fixed this they’d be just about perfect.

   Exactly what I wanted! GREAT customer service! Package arrived I damaged, but had a broken light bulb. Reached and they immediately sent me another +1! Thank you! Already ordered another one for the other bedroom!

   This ceiling fan looks and functions just as described. The added remote is definitely a plus since I’m a lazy butt and like to do everything from the comfort of my recliner. Installation was straightforward. I only have basic knowledge of these types of things and was able to install it. The only negative is the clearance given to screw in these two small screws into the base plate. My fat hands had trouble reaching the screw holes due to the cage that surrounds the entire fixture. But after dropping the screws about two hundred times and teaching my daughter the full scope of my swear word vocabulary, I finally managed to install the first screw. The other one would have taken the same amount of time, but I realized the cage could be removed, then it was easy peesy.Bottom line, it was worth the money spent. Jury’s still out if my daughter’s therapy bill will warrant buying the fan.

   EZ install. Did have to slightly modify the base and bell with a dremel tool to allow wiring to enter from the side. Fits nicely between the support logs in my ceiling. Only one issue. It’s set up to automatically revert to lights on when power is restored. So if you have a power outage the lights come on when power is restored. Not the last setting ie fan only. Well made. I xtra bulb is shipped with the unit.

   Looks nice but I worry if I’m away traveling it will just turn on randomly with the light until you power off with the remote. I had a professional electrician install as the first install by a friend took hours and was unsuccessful. But it looks very nice and I really light the lights that came with it. Also, it took a very long time to receive it but I understood as I believe it’s shipped from China which I wasn’t thrilled with but the look was perfect for my space and decor

    Love this little lighted ceiling fan if only we could get the fan to turn clockwise giving us summer cooling! I have communicated with company & they seem good to work with. However, when I try to add video to confirm the problem the video will not upload. They’ve said they’d replace it if I’d provide them with video. I’ve sent them a response letting them know I’m having problem uploading video & I’ve not heard back from them. I so hope they’ll work with me because I really like the ceiling fan. It’s perfect for the farmhouse-industrial look I like & it’s pretty quiet. I’d hate to send it back, but I may have to.

   Decent enough quality. Not loud at all. Make sure you tighten all the screws on the cage once you install it. A few were very loose. Overall very pleased.
