This fan was simple to assemble and install. It looks nice as well but its what I wanted, no light, and basic fan nothing special. I hate lights in fans. I am using a Leviton WiFi Smart Home Fan Controller and this fan doesn’t regulate speed very well. At the high speed setting the fan operates at a continuous speed, however when at a slower speed the fan speeds up, I hear a click then it slows down, then the cycle repeats, fast slow, fast slow. This happens on speed settings 1 and 2. The click comes from the fan not the Leviton controller so it seems the fan is trying to do some speed control and can’t maintain a set speed. I am thinking this is coming from the AC to DC controller.

We love our fan. It is sleek and beautiful. We hardly notice it visually, which is what I like in a ceiling fan. Moves air through out large living space well, and keeps the room from getting stale.Husband had a very easy time installing it.

For the price – I did not expect the fan to be of the quality that it is… Also, DC motors!!! So much lighter. it was a breeze to install… I did install a MINKA in bedroom as well – it has a remote fitted – works MUCH better than my old Casablanca that I replaced. But, this rating is for my Living room and I did not opt for a remote for that location. Oh – both fans – ZERO wobble from the blades. Did not need the blade balance kits (provided) but glad I have them.
