    The fan works great. It was purchased Oct 2021. Now the light flickers and turns on and off. I am looking for information to contact the seller to see how the issue can be resolved.

    I opted for this fan because it has a clean, modern look without being too modern. I will also say that the fan is quiet and, for us at least, the install was pretty straightforward. I recommend wearing gloves when dealing with the blades or be prepared to clean the finger prints off afterwards.Also, Regardless of description, this model is not dimmable and it does not have color options for the light. Light has 1 color, 1 brightness. The light itself is not super bright, which we don’t mind, but of you prefer a bright overhead light this is not a good choice.Unfortunately, it’s already attached to my ceiling and we don’t want to uninstall it so I won’t be returning it but I do wish I had gone with something else for the simple reason that the remote is nothing more than a necessary evil. We had to install the box for the remote soley to control the fan that we never turn off. The timer on the remote turns off the light and fan, so useless in our case. I would have rather skipped the box during install and have an old fashioned pull chain to control fan speed so I could use my light/fan switches on the wall.

    This is a great fan. Its very quiet for the large amount of air it moves. I would give it 5 stars but it doesn’t allow you to dim the light fixture…the original product description says you can dim the fixture. I believe the seller corrected the description.

    An absolute struggle to install. I’m pretty handy and it took me around 2 hours with a good deal of guess work.I suspect there may be different models out there but my fan light is not dimmable nor does it change tint.Worry that there is only one cheap light plastic remote. My room’s light switch will turn the fan light on but the fan itself will not start turning without the remote. So don’t lose it!If you have recommendations on how to get a second remote please share.All in all, it’s cheaply made but looks and operates well.

    Nice product. Fan blades are metal and has a modern look. Installation was quite a problem. I purchased as I wanted a flush mount. No way to mount flush so had to use down rod. The remote for wireless receiver would not fit in the space allowed so had to grab a bigger hammer and force it in. The bottom of the light is not glass rather it is plastic so it looks kind of cheesy.It is quiet tho and the modern look works good. Light is not dimmable which is a disappointing feature. I went back and read description and it is worded funny so I took it as the light being adjustable….bad choice for me.Final comment, it is quiet, looks nice but without being able to change the light for ambience, it might not be the best choice. Good luck !

    I had my electrician do the installation and he said directions were a little unclear but he got it done! Be aware, this may not be a good fit for a child’s room if the stand on the bed, metal blades a very sharp! Runs quietly! Be sure to check the blades every so often to tighten as needed.

    This a beautiful fan. It is exactly what we were looking for. The instructions for installation are terrible but after 3 hours, my husband had it I stalled and working. Parts are swell made. Self leveling. Gorgeous pure white light. Super quiet. We love it!

    The fan is up and it looks great. Took awhile but then everything does. The only drawback is that the light is not as bright as we thought, but it will work. Just make sure you use the gloves to put the blades up otherwise you will have fingerprints all over them. It’s very quiet and we love the remote.
