    really quiet and moves a lot of air. the dc converter box takes up a lot of room in the canopy. a 2″ or deeper electrical box was needed to fit all of the wires. installation was easy other than that.

    Was a little bit of a pain to install due to being an old house and the brackets are different but got it to work. The safety chain didn’t reach with the extension so hope it works out. Looks great and quiet. Hate that the fan beeps every button you push on the remote. When someone is sleeping it’s loud. Wish there was no beep. Took some trail and error to get the slight wobble out. Moves a ton of air and like that the light can get really bright or can be dimmed and have the bright white option. Great fan!

    Greate fan, I just installed it in our covered Lanai, the downdraft it creates at # 1 setting is much superior than the previous unit at full speed we love the blade design all composite a plus, very quite and very simple installation i can wait to try the light tonight it appears to be just what we wanted. Thus far very hap[py with every thing from order to installation.

    Fan is making a squeaky noise. It’s coming from the motor. I debating about returning it cause I really like it. Any suggestions.

    Purchased this fan and had it installed (12-02-22)…it only runs on high speed and is MOTOR IS NOISY. OK, most fans are noisy at highest speed but I’ll never know if its quiet at lower speeds because it just won’t do anything but #1 speed. I was going to request a new remote and sensor unit (the small box/receiver that mounts up in the fan housing) to see if this would correct the issue, but that doesn’t seem to be an option with Amazon. So I’ll be disassembling-boxing-mailing it back….is everyone else getting tired of paying good money for all these “made in China” products and having to go though this hassle for like (more than) half of the things I purchase with Amazon???

    It’s too fast on low. It makes a squeaking noise that does not go away forward or reverse I would not recommend.
