I’ve got a 2012 Hunter Hotel Original and a 2001 Hunter Original US model. This new matte silver performs very close to the other two. The finish looks amazing in person and the blade arms are cast iron now. I also added the official light kit to mine and it looks amazing in person. I’m glad hunter is making a fan close to its ancestor. Highly recommend this fan. No noise either, completely silent!

This fan will clearly still be running after World War III. It’s thick heavy cast iron, weighs over 50 pounds, dead silent and doesn’t wobble or sway at all when it runs. Moves a very large quantity of air on the fast speed, and looks great doing it.
