This is a straight forward fan with a nice design for my office. Everything was as expected, but the included 60W LED bulbs were dim and would flick off for a second intermittently. I bought a couple of Great Eagle 100W LED’s that conformed to the 14W light-kit limit, and reached the brightness I wanted plus the flickering went away.

This is my third one purchased for our new home. Super quiet and great quality- great looking. I have a Task Rabbit install however because it’s not my area of expertise.

We got tired of the noise of the five blade fan in a small (10×10) bedroom so we purchased and installed this three-some. Easy to follow installation instruction. Two people made an easy task. Very quiet and air flow on the low end is more than sufficient.

The light goes from high (which is not bright) to low, almost turning itself off over and over while in use. It makes a small flash before almost going out entirely. The remote works correctly and it was installed correctly by a licensed electrician. Unfortunately this was installed in a new home and the warranty ended before problem was realized.

Replaced an existing fan w/no light for this one. The installation is a little bit more complicated than some others, but not too tough. With the downrod so short, getting the wirenuts installed is tight. The remote control box that installs inside the cover canopy at the ceiling had me stumped for a bit. It ALMOST fits beside the ceiling bracket, but you will end up rearranging the wiring and sliding the remote box between the two legs of the ceiling bracket and above the ball and socket. Easy-peasy once I figured that out. Really nice looking fan and very sturdily built. Remote has a neat storage bracket that fits over the wall switch if you like. Phillips screwdriver, pliers and something to cut the wires to length and strip are the only tools needed. Oh, press and hold the light button to dim the lights. That was a new feature to me. Enjoy!

Have the same issue as others – light turns off and on, randomly. Has nothing to do with other electronic items or neighbors using the same type of device. It happens at all hours, even at 2am when there is little opportunity for “interference”. Also has nothing to do with having multiple fans installed. I had only one installed for a few days and the light flicker started to happen about 5 minutes after the install (by a professional). Some type of universal error with the communication between the remote and housing or just the housing I guess. I have four of these and they all have the same issue, and there doesn’t appear to be a pattern. So, if you won’t be using the light feature all that much, then it might not bother you. But, even with the light off, I can still hear when the fan motor cuts off randomly. Since it only happens for a second or two, the air circulation is unaffected. But there is definitely a communication error going on. Would love for it to be a remote issue that would result in a quick exchange. Really Unhappy to have this issue from a brand I had trusted. And with a professional installation, not so easy to return or exchange as I have to pay again. So I have to live with it until I can either free up money or there is an actual fix to the issue. These should be recalled though.

I had this fan installed in my bathroom. We built a coast style home and this fan is very pretty in there. We live in Florida and the bathrooms get humid at times, so having a fan in the bathrooms is common. The look and breeze we get off of this fan is nice.

Really like the fan. The remote could be better it looks cheap and doesn’t come with a wall mount, or connects to the light switch only and mine wasn’t compatible.
