    We have had this fan motor for 2 years and it has stopped working. It was dying for the past couple months. We noticed the speed dropping and cutting out, then back on.I will say this, we have ran the motor non-stop for two years. I don’t know if that is excessive but regardless, it has only lasted two years.I am currently researching how to fix or looking to replace.

    We recently installed the fan and motor. It worked for a few months, but now it stopped working. Does anyone else have a similar issue and if so, how do we fix the problem.

    I am currently 0 for 2 on working motors. The first one came, made tons of noise, heavily vibrated in an unsafe manner, and was missing the grounding wire. I have not tested the one I just received as a replacement, but it is also missing the green grounding wire, so waiting on the electrician to scope it out. Really bummed because now I have holes in my ceiling, electrician bills, and nothing to show due to poorly made (but expensive) junk from China.

    It’s a cool looking fan, but the belt is too noisy.We have tried putting rubber bands on the pulleys (as another reviewer recommended) which worked for a short term, but then the tick, tick, tick (from the rivets) was replaced with a squeak, squeak, squeak from the rubber bands.Not very happy with this setup now.

    works great..nice quiet motor. the remote works well. it would be nice if you didn’t have to push so hard into the remote button. the remote could have been made a bit nicer.
