Nice mate color, I installed in my garage and works great, minimum noise.

Extremely please with my purchase, very easy to install I was replacing and older fan. The black is matt and blends very well with your ceiling if you have a black ceiling. It’s super quiet and has really good air flow. I don’t think a remote was supposed to come with it, if so there want one in my box. Either way it works just fine. Did not need to install the switch I jist use the switch already connected for the other fan that was up, so I have only one setting and thats the highest speed, bit I’m very happy with that. You should definitely buy if you are looking for an easy install.

This ceiling fan looks great and is super quiet, is heavy and very good quality. If you are looking for a ceiling fan with a modern look, this is the one. The matte black finish and design of this ceiling fan is everything I was looking for, at a super affordable price. The only downside to this fan is the blade installation. Everything was installing perfectly until it was time to install the blades. If you are following the manual, it will show that you install the blades once the fan is installed to the ceiling, but let me tell you, had my brother not been here to help me wire it up, I have no idea how I would have done it by myself, without unhooking everything and taking it down to install the blades. The problem is that the holes on the blades do not line up properly with the holes on the motor, so though you’ll be able to get one screw in you’ll have to apply a bit of pressure to get the other holes to line up to get the second screw in. Before realizing that, the screws were constantly falling out of the fan all the way to the floor causing one of us to go up and down the ladder. The problem there is that you’ll need another person to hold the motor to keep it from turning while you’re applying the pressure. So if you can, I’d suggest installing the blades first and then hanging it, if you don’t have another set of hands to help you. Other than that the fan is beautiful and we love it.

Nothing to dislike about this fan , its streamline , not bug and clunky like the fans ur used to seeing or having .. puts out same amount of breeze as old one , u cant go wrong for the amount it cost !Sharp looking thats for sure !

  5. Bluespicker

I purchased 3 of these. I installed all three. The first one was very difficult as the instructions had some gaps and screw placement made it hard to install. Example: the three blades are installed individually and after the fan is attached to the ceiling bracket. You have to hold the blade in place while attempting to put a screw into a hole that is about one inch below the fan side and you can’t really reach in with your hand. I had to use painters tape to hold the blade in place, then put the screw on a screw driver and then insert the screw into the hole… while trying to move the blade to line up the holes. Did I mention while standing on a ladder and working over my head? Of the three, 2 required balancing which the instructions detailed. All three are running smoothly. They need a better installation process.

This fan is about what I expected it would be however the outer motor housing wobbles (see video). Blades are turning perfectly because they are independent of the motor housing. The blades are attached to the motor by first passing through blade cutouts (holes) in the motor housing. You can balance blades of course but there is absolutely nothing you can do about a wobbly motor housing except take it down and return it. Considering the effort necessary to install it I think I’ll just learn to live with the cheesy wobble. Hunter Fans can do better but I suppose that low cost Chinese manufacturing is just to attractive, hence the build quality. I needed 3 fans and decided to buy just one to first test out and glad I did. No more of these fans, now I have to find something else cool my other two rooms. Hunter used to be a good name but like so many others, they off-shored their production and save so much on manufacturing cost they can easily eat the increase in returns from low-quality fans. I wish more fans were made in matte black without light kits.
