The bottom, crystal part of the light cover was a pain to install. All of the rectangular crystals were already installed which made it basically impossible to screw it onto the upper part of the housing. Had to take crystals off where each of the four screws were, and reinstall them once it was assembled.The remote would not make the fan work until I decided to mess with the fan blade mechanism and it randomly just started working. The sync function on the remote did nothing to make the fan work until I did that.

I spent 12 years searching for an alternative to my old, traditional ceiling fan. Everything I tried was either too long for my 8 ft. ceilings or not quite the right finish. 12 years is a long time to stare at a ceiling fan you hate…I was so excited to get this up!Assembly was easy. It was kind of tricky to get the screws and screwdriver through the crystal lampshade. TIP: use a magnet to magnetize your screwdriver and attach the crystal lampshade. (I didn’t realize there was a magnet in there and spent unnecessary time searching for one.)Installation was easy. I’ve never installed a ceiling fan before, but it’s exactly like installing a light fixture. Only here there is a super handy bracket that holds the fixture in place while you connect the wires. As the official “holder” in our house, my arms liked that.This fan is bright! Like, super blinding bright, which I wanted. It has a 11 or 12 brightness levels, though, so you can dim it to meet your needs.In addition to the brightness setting, there are 11 or 12 color settings ranging from a cool bright blue-white to warm golden-white.When you turn the light off and on using the remote, it will retain your brightness and warmth settings. If you turn it off using the light switch, it will reset. Default is cool white.There are 6 fan speeds. I am amazed by how much air this thing moves! The motor is whisper quiet and miraculously the crystals don’t clink together. When the fan is running and the lights are off, the lights operate at 5% – it’s a nice, barely-noticeable shimmer.Overall, this fan is perfect for what I was looking for. My kids think it is magical – they love it too!

It came as expected. All pieces were there and everything was packaged very well. I specifically chose this seller and fan because it was one of the few that actually does dim and not just change from warm to cool like the others. I have it hooked up to a wall switch. It is not compatible with a wall dimmer switch but it dims right from the remote.My husband did want to kill me because it is a pain to install but I knew that when I ordered it and chose not to tell him. Surprise, honey! LolBut in comparison to the one I bought from a different seller and for a different room, this one was easier to assemble and install, and came partially pre-assembled.Pictures don’t do it justice and can’t seem to capture the shine and beauty. I’m not usually a glam type of gal but the idea of a retractable fan and the sparkle sucked me right in.The only thing I would like to see change is the fact that is does not remember your dimmer setting or choice of color when you turn it on and off by the wall switch, as it practicaly resets the electronic memory. Little bummed about that but overall I am very pleased and the customer service has been extremely kind, helpful, and always quick to respond!

This crystal fan light is very beautiful. I used to hate blowing fans because it made me uncomfortable when blowing directly over them. This fan light can choose the direction, and the wind blowing is very gentle , which saves me the electricity bill of turning on the air conditioner, and does not feel stuffy, which is very good. You can also switch between three colors, and you can turn on the fan when the light is not on. When the fan is not turned on, it is a crystal lamp. My friends all said they wanted it. I have already introduced it to my family and friends. The design of the fan blade that can be folded is really good!

It’s great! Had to return the first fandelier due to it being someone else’s return, and it was a mess. Amazon was great in refunding and I ordered a new one with zero issues. Everything was there. The seller also contacted me to make sure everything was okay with the second order. Once the condo is complete and I move my furniture in this chandelier will look amazing with everything in place!

This was the first step in the transformation of the master bedroom. I wanted bling and thought I would have to purchase just a light, until I found this! It is super quiet and even the Electrician commented and took a video to show his wife. It is definitely a two – person job and if I could make one recommendation, read the entire booklet before having your installer embark on this. Lots of questions are answered and there is a QR code or you can watch a video of the installation. This was well worth the effort, and the problem-solving that this took to assemble. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend it. Luckily, all of the pieces were intact and nothing was broken which was a big plus.

It’s a beautiful chandelier/fan but it’s difficult to install especially if you aren’t an expert. The crystal balls are time consuming as u have to attach one by one.
