    This would be a 5-star fan, but some of the hardware was a little bent. Otherwise, it is beautiful, and works fantastically!

    Very nice but requires multiple studs if installed on a sheet rock wall due to the weight. The mounting plate is so wide that it would require a triple stud. If building a new house then it could be planned for but if wanted in an existing structure then a section of sheet rock would need to be removed in order to beef up existing stud(s). Another option if removing sheet rock is not desirable…locate existing stud and then place a 6 or 8 inch square piece of plywood against the wall centered over the edge of the stud and secure with long construction screws. This would provide a durable mount for the fan. The plywood would need to be at least 1/2 inch thick and finish grade so it could be painted. Could also remove the same size sheet rock as the plywood mount and then replace the 1/2 inch sheet rock removed with the 1/2 piece of plywood for a flush mount. It was too much work for us as we ordered 2 of them to install in a bedroom on each side of the bed.

    Looks just like the photo very nice. I just wish the head was adjustable and the sound was lower. Other than that it’s a good buy

    I was planning on having the fan wired in for a wall fan to replace a wall light in my sun room, but unfortunately I had to return it because the neck was too tall for the space I needed it for. It would have looked great if it had fit my needs. I do recommend the fan though based on the sturdiness and quality. It has a cord to plug in so if you want it for a wall light, it will have to be converted.

    Besides it huge.. its been on non stop for 4 months. Works great quite in low and low pushes air. Very heavy and 2×4 stud won’t work. Mounting braket is 5 inches.

    Had to return due to very large size. If you have 8 foot ceilings you should consider the size of this unit. Returned.

    I really liked the quality of this fan. In hopes of saving space, I considered this fan for a bedroom. The inner wall studs are too far apart to attach the wall bracket appropriately so I opted to send it back. All the parts felt and appeared to be quality and after testing it, sound wise, just like any other fan.

    Very LARGE fan. It works very well, but be aware that this fan is very large and heavy. Definitely want to be sure that you mount it into a stud. Also, the head tilt (up and down) is not adjustable.
