The fan is beautiful, and I am pleased with it. Took some time to install all the crystals. Shipping was awful. It had been over a month, and I still hadn’t received the fan. I had to contact the seller a couple of times asking for my fan to be shipped. Finally they shipped it to me. The fan itself was exactly what I wanted.

Overall very happy with my purchase. However, there are a couple of points I’d like to make. 1,) the fan is not extremely formal. It would go nicely in most dining rooms or even s bedroom. # 2.) The install of this fan will require PAITENCE! All of those crystals have to be hung on this fixture individually. That alone took 2 hours to do. ( The initial install was like any other fan )THAT BEING SAID…… The fan works beautifully, quiet and has a remote. The fan has a nice look to it. I have it up in a semi formal dining area. I Love that there are two different colors on the blades. One side is a solid medium / darker brown and the other side has a two tone cherry brown color with an outer shade of black. This look is not overpowering and make this fan unique! That side of the blade actually dresses the fan up a bit more. In closing, this is a very good deal for a more fomal look. The Crystals really stand out, and you WONT beat the price. I would highly recommend this product. All the pieces were in the box. If I were you and are hiring a person to do the install, dont have them hang every single crystal , it is easily done yourself if you can climb and stand on a ladder. I’d get a quote from your electrician or ( HANDYMAN) what will they charge to install the crystals… installing this fan is no different than any other. :o)

On any action there is a click sound. Whether you change speed or directly switch on. It doesnt remeber last choice. Always resets.

Really pretty and quiet chandelier fan. The light temperatures are not adjustable like advertised. No manual string for the lights on light kit. I’m satisfied with it overall.

Instructions were completely off. Good thing I didn’t really need them. It was missing hard ware. Had the wrong hardware, and some slightly damaged elements. So not real impressed at the moment.

It is powerful, quiet and works very efficiently. The installation is without any problems, and the breeze can blow to the even corner of the porch, really keeping comfortable and cool. I can switch the speed of the fan freely, which is really super convenient, and I think it will last for years.
