I bought two of these ceiling fans same brand same seller and both within one week of each other 1.5 years later won’t turn on the fan function. There is an issue with the receivers confusing the function it’s supposed to do so it just turns the light on when I press the fan button. The company sent me two new receivers and neither of those worked actually both don’t even turn the light on so they are now garbage. I spent hundreds of $ on what is now just an ugly light fixture.Update: seller did send new receivers which was quite the hassle considering they come from china and the first set of receivers and new remotes didn’t work. Thankfully the second pair worked and my fans function again.

The fan looks great. Is pretty easy to put together and straightforward directions. There are 2 things I don’t like though. 1 is that the light leaves prisms all over the walls which I didn’t expect but probably should have with the glass around it. And 2 is that you have to have the remote to control the fan. You turn the light on and off but the fan is only usable if you have the remote. Not sure if this is my favorite fan or not. I may end up returning. It looks good off and the fan works great. I’m not digging the whole room with shapes on the walls from the glass prisms. See the pictures/video if you’re not sure what I mean.

Lots of similar units on Amazon, but I’m glad I selected this one. While the instructions don’t explain every step, if you have a basic understanding of electrical and have installed a ceiling fan before, this will be a breeze. I don’t know what type of junction boxes others have, but I have a 4″ ceiling fan box in the attic and the mounting bracket fit perfectly. The unit was pristine out of the box and the pieces all aligned perfectly. Take caution when screwing in the threaded tube (shade cover) into the center hub – the hub does not have a stop as with other fans and you can damage the wires if you screw it in too deeply. A design flaw to have the wires exposed like that, but be mindful of the depth and you should be fine. There is a slight finish variation in the bracket cover and motor housing, with the cover being slightly polished and the housing being more of a true satin/brushed nickel, but nothing pronounced or distracting. The unit does emit a loud beep when you turn the lights and/or the fan on/off, but that is my only complaint. Very pleased thus far, don’t hesitate to buy this model.

What a beautiful light and fan! I ordered for my master. Strong enough for a family room, a little strong for my master, but beautiful! The fan on 1 makes my room cold. I had trouble dimming the light, but after contact with the company for further instructions, all is well. And the company responds immediately. The crystals are lovely and just the right touch. Not to blingy, with just enough elegance. I would definitely recommend. Great product at an excellent price. Fast shipping.

I was searching for a really pretty but not gaudy ceiling fan. This fan checks every box. It came packed very safely. It was very easy to install. Very quiet and still moves a lot of air. Lights can be replaced and are dimmed by remote. We are so pleased. I had questions about the fan before purchasing and the seller was quite quick to respond to me. Love, love, love it.
