Love the fan. Directions are worthless but there is a video on Youtube that helps. Mounted close to ceiling. Very quiet. great air flow, love the remote feature. Not a difficult installation job. Took 2 hours going slow. I would buy it again.

The actual motor is quite. But when ever the remote is used, there is a beep from the fan. When switching the light temperatures there is a click from the fan. This is very distracting from in the moment.

I love the look of these fans. They function really well. My husband did have to do some adjustments to the wires in one of them because the fan wouldn’t spin. This is the problem one of the fans had:The three wire connector on the wireless controller that connects to the fan motor was poorly built. The wires easily pulled out of the connector pins during installation. There was only about 1/16″ of stripped wire crimped into the pin. I stripped the wires to about 3/16″ and re-crimped them into the plug.Hoping the fix holds. We purchased 7 of these fans. Only one had problems.
