    Our previous SEARS Fan quit turning! It was 35 + years Old. I bought this one after looking at SO many at the Physical Stores, aka Home Depot and Lowes, No Help at either store! I wanted a 4 light as its a primary light source in our bedroom. So, I took a chance and ordered this one. One for the quietness and the finish. It did take my husband a bit of time to Remove the OLD fan and reinstall this one. It was not a Flush mount as was the previous one,which I feel will be an asset to move more air in the Bedroom. Thankfully its over the Bed and my Husband won’t be hitting his Head!

    One of the critical parts of the install is to get the bracket installed to the ceiling correctly. The hardware screws that came with this product were hardly usable and nothing like the lag bolts the electricians use for light fixtures. I wasted about forty minutes replacing the two screws with something that was much better. Please do not risk someone getting hurt with the screws that come with the fan. We also replaced the glass globes since they were just cheap frosted globes as advertised. I wish they would just charge another ten bucks to get the consumer something to rave about. Otherwise, it worked as advertised.

    This fan was mounted in the bedroom. It works and looks great. We have several Amberlin fans throughout the house. We would have preferred a flush mount but it was not offered.
