Zero stars!!!!! OMG DO NOT BUY THIS FAN ! We named it the fan from HELL ! My husband who has put up about 20 plus fans in his time ~ installed this fan. Only to find out it made a LOUD scrapping noise. We reordered a second one and same issue. It is from poor craftsmanship ~ the fly wheel and housing around it is not centered so it rubs. So basically we spent a day and a half putting up and taking down and putting up and takin down thaws fans to end up with returning the second one ( which was actually worse than the first one). We are back to square one ~ talk about zero quality assurance for this product!
