    The fan is comparable to other products in the same price range. We bought 2 of these for side by side rooms. There was a little problem with the lighting (casting a glow after it was turned off). We then had a problem with the remote control on one of them that it would not recognize even after resetting.We reached out to Kay to inquire about the lighting and then followed up with a question about the remote. Kay was wonderful! She answered our questions promptly and resolved all of the issues we were having. She sent out a replacement for the remote control and it is now working exactly as we needed it. Great customer service!!!

    I really like many things about this fan, but had to return it because of two design flaws:1. The lowest speed setting is way too high. There are six speeds, from fast to very fast. I want a “very low” setting like the rest of my ceiling fans have, to keep the air in the room from being stagnant/stuffy without creating wind.2. There is no way to turn off the fan without also turning off the light. The fan has buttons for 1-6, but not “0” or “stop” and pressing the same speed button again doesn’t toggle the fan off — you have to press the power button, which also turns off the light. It’s just one more button-press, but it’s too much fiddling with the remote, especially given that I would need to turn the fan on and off pretty often given that the lowest speed is too fast. And I don’t want the room lights flashing off and on while I’m on a video call for work.It’s not a simple matter to replace the remote and receiver with a universal one, because the fan has proprietary connectors for both fan and light, and I’m not sure if the output is standard (AC or DC to the motor? What voltage to the lights?). This would require research/testing/hacking that I’m not willing to do.If those two issues don’t bother you, there’s plenty that I like about this fan:1. It looks great — quality of the parts and finish was very good2. It’s very low profile — the bottom of the blades are a little less than 9.5″ from the ceiling, good for low ceilings3. It’s quiet — just some wind noise on the highest settings but not much, and no buzzing or humming4. Color-adjustable light — three color temperatures to choose from. AND it remembers the separate dimmer settings for each of the three colors, which I liked. So I could keep the daylight color on full brightness for when I need a lot of light, keep the warmest color on dim for mood lighting, and keep the middle color at a middle brightness for everyday use.5. Assembly was easy — the fan isn’t very heavy, and it has a well-designed mounting system that lets you safely lift the fan onto the ceiling mount, then screw in the other two screws.6. Highest speed is pretty fast — it’s not the most powerful 52″ fan I’ve had, but I have no complaints about the amount of wind it is able to create; it doesn’t blow papers off my desk directly below it, but it generates a strong breeze in my office (I just wish the lowest setting was actually low).Other tips/comments:1. Don’t forget to level/shim the part that mounts to the ceiling box before attaching the fan to it. This fan doesn’t hang from a rod so it isn’t self leveling, so if your box isn’t perfectly level the fan will be slanted noticeably.2. The remote has a cheap plastic feel to it, but seems durable enough with real buttons (not a thin plastic membrane that would eventually wear away)

    The installation and assembly was very easy… it is crazy quiet, needed just a touch of balancing but SUPER happy… it definitely makes a difference with how long we need to run the furnace and stays warmer longer. That is a benefit I hadn’t thought of… did I say I was super happy… SUPER HAPPY… I bought it because the design, looks like it was made for my house. This purchase has exceeded my expectations… thanks for a well designed beautiful fan!

    I purchased four of these fans and absolutely love them. Two are in the lanai and the other 2 are in bedrooms. The remote controls all work independently and the dimmer function for the lights is very helpful. The fans are extremely quiet (no unsightly cords or chains) and I like that you can switch between yellow and white lights. I had an electrician install the fans and the light did not work on one of the fans. I contacted Sofucor and they immediately sent me a new light housing that works perfectly. I appreciate the immediate help and replacement and would highly recommend this product, you won’t be disappointed.

    Used it in living room. Replaced an existing fan which had a 4 speed setup on the wall switch plate. Replaced the wall switch with a single switch . Fan woks fine. Instructions were good. I purchased the fan without a light so installation wireing was easier. I checked out you tube wireing videos which was a great help.

    I ordered 5 ceiling fans for a new house we built in Florida. Fans are silent with absolutely no wobble. Aesthically they are on trend and with brush brass and black blades. They are contemporary and mid century modern in design and i believe will work with most decor. The fans look more expensive then they are. I am planning on purchasing additional fans.

    Purchased this fan with light for a more modern remodel. I was very pleased with the quality . The light is Led with 3 brightness choices and each is dimmable by using the remote. The fan has 6 speed variations along with a reverse choice. I have purchased much more expensive fans from other manufacturers and I must say that the Sucofor fan is as good or better.

    I just installed my new Sofucor 3 blade fan and I LOVE IT! I replaced an older 5 blade that had an outdated look. The style of this fan is far more modern looking. The install was straight forward. With 3 color temperatures of LED lighting it was simple to match my existing lighting in the kitchen. The brightness is about the same as the (3) 60W bulbs my old fan used. The light isn’t as bright on the ceiling, which I actually prefer. The downward light is very evenly distributed. The fan itself is very quiet and had 6 speeds. Very happy with my purchase.
