    I’ve barely had the fan for a year and it completely quit working. For the last 2 months, I would have to manually spin start it so the motor would catch and keep the blades running. Last night, it completely died. No lights, no fan. It doesn’t even make the beep noise. I loved this fan, but it should last longer than 1 year.12/17/22 Edit: Customer service was very quick to respond to my email. They promptly sent me a new receiver for the fan. I just installed the new receiver and remote and it’s working well again!

    This product works well, but when trying to integrate with a house that has existing lighting circuits which includes switches or dimmers it absolutely fails. There is a loud beep every time I turn on the light switch, I cannot dim the lights (which are often FAR to bright) and the fan also cannot be controlled with a common dimmer of any kind.This product is not set up for existing wiring, and assumes you do not know how to set the circuit up to CODE (which is required by law in many places.)The product should be updated to include a lighting dimmer bypass wiring diagram, and is possible a similar bypass diagram for the fan circuit. Of the two, the lighting is FAR more important.This product also does not work well if you need multiple units in the same room, all units respond to the same remote presses, and there is no way to make one/some of the fans use an opposing rotation to help with airflow.

    I needed one of these to put in my Livingroom as I have already 2 of this similar model.I received the fan quickly and was able to set it up in an hour. The time to remove the current fan and add this one.The hardest part was to insert the remote inside the ceiling bracket as it was tight fit.Nonetheless, I tried the fan in every speed and the light seems to work. Also, this fan can work in reverse (Winter time) which is great.This fan blows quite some air in speed 1 and even more when you increase the speed.At all speeds it is very quiet which I like a lot.I set up 4 stars only because of the following:1) One of the bulb holder has a ding out of the box2) The manual was hard to read3) The price went down after I bought it.All in all, great fan so far.

    The unit was of good Quality. I had the unit all assembled and all tested and ready for the secure the top ceiling cover cap with the 2 screws and I found the cap would not push up to the mounting bracket that was secured to the ceiling. I had to install 1/4″ shims under the mounting bracket which lowered it so I then could attach the cover cap. Once done, it works fine. Maybe the wrong ceiling cover cap was sent with the unit.

    Great looking fan that puts out great airflow and lighting. Only complaint is that the instructions were no help at all !!!

    The design is perfect for the industrial look I’m going for, and the fan is very quiet. I like that it has 6 speeds.The only negative; light bulbs have to be purchased separately.

    We have yet to install this fan. We bought 2 for our steep vaulted ceiling in our bonus room then realizing the slope was too steep! We asked customer service about the turning boom we had read on other reviews and they promptly shipped by AIR (not waiting for the cargos in the ocean crisis) to us in UTAH:) Review is for the great customer service and once we have these installed in our new house (very behind schedule) we will update the actual fan etc. So far happy with everything that arrived, inspected it all and looks quality and in tip top shape.
