The fan is pretty, there’s no question in that. I run a hotel and the issue is every time there is a power out, even a blink (which where I live happens every other day) the fan turns off and the white bright light turns on. When this happens in the middle of the night is really annoying for the guests. Also, I need to turn off all of them every single time. Any help from the manufacturer would be helpful.

Great fan/light….so far but the directions were terrible. I just used my own logic to install. Had me doing things first that should have been done last. Had to remove the light pan to get to the screws for the blades.No where did it mention that, but again just used logic. Step three had me removing screws on the base?? No reason to do that! Wasn’t really that difficult to assemble just nice to have directions that walk you thruthat make sense.

Finding a ceiling fan that coordinated with our “Tiki Room” was a challenge, but this one turned out to be perfect. Since we are not handy homeowners, we hired an electrician to install it. He was even impressed with the fan’s features. The 3 LED lighting options; the noise-less operation; and the hand-carved palm blades made this a very satisfying purchase. Although it has been only 2.5 weeks since its installation, we are quite pleased with this contemporary Tropical ceiling fan. Prior to the purchase, I submitted a question re the lights, and the seller answered immediately. So far, all signs point positive!

The remote would not get the fan to go to high speed. We used the reset option over and over, as at first it would not change the light “color” from bright to warm. Eventually got it to work … but could never get the speed to the high setting. And regarding air movement, the blade angle is very shallow, which will limit the air speed as well. Sitting under having installed it with the 10 inch long extension from the ceiling … which meant that the fan was about 7 feet 6 inches from the patio floor … you could not feel any breeze! Best feature … IT LOOKS GREAT! But if you are buying it for air movement … look elsewhere!

Wow, the picture and quality looked awesome online, but when the actually fan showed up and it was put up, it looked soooo cheap!!!! Very disappointed in the quality of this fan. I spent a huge amount having this covered porch built, now I have a cheap fan in the middle. Errrr. Why do pictures never look the same when you get the product?
