    This thing requires assembly; all 20 light bars need to be fixed to the base then plugged into a circuit board. The mounting bracket doesn’t utilize the ceiling electrical box at all- it’s in the shape of an X about 10″ square, you’ll need wall anchors or a nearby stud. Once it’s in it looks great- I was unable to pair it in BT to my phone (the app has every possible feature). With only the provided remote you can turn the light on and off, however there’s no dimming control. Cycling the lamp on and off changes the color temperature to three possible settings. Still worth it to me.

    The item was well packaged and arrived plenty late. This item has a very painful assembly and has no tools included. It is extremely difficult to hang on the ceiling even with help. The remote has limited options and is not very useful. It has more buttons for the fan than the lighting. The blades of the LED will cut your body and face and Knuckles as you put it together or try to hang it. The provided app does not work with the lights. So each time you switch the light on and off it will cycle through the different modes and not remember what he used last. I’m sending this one back. Other than that it looks great on the ceiling when it’s off.

    Used in my teens room and she loves it! This has the coolest look and so unique. Love the different settings it offers. Also a very functional fan and does what it is made to do. Was definitely a two person job but not too difficult to install. Thanks!

    Poor quality light with led strips showing from inside . There is no warm white color temperature option. The light is so bright without a dimmer that it’s fit only for commercial use .Wanted to return and seller refused to take the item back offering $20 , yes you are seeing right $20 refund for a $226 item ! Total scam !
