    The ceiling fan is attractive however the remote leaves a lot to be desired.The remote is functional but bulky and unattractive.

    This is a truly beautiful ceiling fan and it blends in well with the other Tiffany glass accents we already have. My husband and I installed the ceiling fan ourselves. I have some experience installing ceiling light fixtures so how difficult could this be? The included instructions were for a generic ceiling fan and were difficult to understand so I watched the suggested video describing how to assemble the fixture. But I have to say that it showed the assembly in segments and not in a concurrent manner, i.e. the first part showed attaching the fan blades to the motor assembly but then when attaching the glass lamp part to the motor assembly, the fan blades were not there. But we persisted and eventually put it all together.We ordered the unit with the remote control but found it extremely difficult and frustrating to fit the remote transmitter into the mounting bracket since our installation was a flush mount and the wires were in the way. With a lot of juggling of the wires, we finally got everything all tucked away with the canopy tightly mounted.The colors of the glass with the lights on are beautiful! The fan is quiet and runs smoothly but when we shifted the speed to high, we noticed a slight wobbling of the fixture but this is probably to be expected. Since we probably will never run the fan at high speed this is not an issue for us. All In all, we are very happy with our purchase.

    Love the Tiffany shade look but it’s so dim even with max wattage bulbs in it. So dim, in fact, that i attempt to turn on the light when it’s already on. Would be great for decor and ambiance but not good in areas that need to be bright.

    Very disappointed in the fan quality for this price. The ceiling mounting bracket is not designed for a standard electrical box. Had to take a hacksaw to cut away a cross brace and then bend the bracket to make the mounting bracket fit. Finally after modifications I got the bracket to work and mounted the fan. It looks nice but having to do all this extra work would certainly make me think twice before I would ever buy anything from them again.There were also no light bulbs, and they also did not include a battery for the remote. I have had many fans and these are things that are normally included in fans costing only half as much. Instructions are poor, Why this company can’t pay someone with knowledge of English grammar to write their instructions is beyond me.

    Is wonderfully quiet and moves a ton of air on high. It’s beautiful to look at. Would have liked the chain holes to be filled since it’s on remote though. FYI remote beeps loudly with every press of any button.

    The light is beautiful and the fan is quiet. The only complaint is that the remote did not come with a battery. Other than that, we’re very satisfied

    Installed this fan 2 weeks ago. Had my godson install and he said it was an easy installation and the company sent a link to a video to help out as well. Works perfectly and I love the remote. If they want to do anything to improve maybe add a dimmer. The fan is solid and the Tiffany glass shade is beautiful. I would recommend this product.
