    I’m using this fan outdoors in Florida. It’s not summer yet but it seems to push a lot of air and looks great. I looked at a bunch of fans and this had a very high listed CFM in comparison, and seems to live up to it.Installation was doable by myself, hardest part was fitting all the wires inside. Having a separate remote receiver on top was clunky and I feel it could be designed more compact or as all-in-one.My biggest complaint is regarding the wall switch / remote. It comes with a wall switch that controls the light and fan. This switch is supposed to be hardwired like any light switch but it also requires a battery. Which is very strange – once installed in your wall you will one day have to remove it to replace its battery. Very poor design IMO. The hardwiring is just for power on/off to fan but the battery is used for controlling light on/off/speed and fan speed. They probably did this to save costs.I also don’t like how the switch is off-white and doesn’t match normal white rocker Decora switches.My old fan had 2 separate switches for fan and fan light, but both were replaced by the single new switch with buttons. Rather than leave a useless switch after install, I put in a USB outlet.It doesn’t come with an actual remote but you can buy one separately.My fan ended up really wobbly, not sure why. But after putting 2 of the balancing kit stickers on, it became stable. When balancing your have to turn the fan off, adjust balancing piece, and turn it back in, and repeat. Putting a battery in the wall switch and having it nearby (not yet hardwired) was convenient during this.Also, I wish Hunter had fan options with HomeKit support but that seems difficult to find.

    Purchased from Amazon used. They claimed it was like new. The fan had a lot of scratches and it was not like new. I installed as per the instructions and although the light did work, the motor did not. It did not spin at all and it appear to be stuck. Called Hunter Fan Company and they told me the life time warranty only applied to the original buyer. I uninstalled the fan and returned to Amazon.

    Very quiet, even on the highest speed. Good airflow. Nothing crazy, but sufficiently fast. And this was one of the few wall mounted control plates models we could find (instead of a remote…our electrician recommended getting wall mounted vs remote…I don’t remember why). Anyway, we are very happy.

    It is so quite and is just beautiful in our bedroom! It wasn’t the easiest to hang however. It took a little work to hang!
