    Just received and love how it looks. The gray is just the right color. Will update again once installed.

    The fan has a contemporary look. Works fine but it has only been up for a month in cool weather.

    We bought these fans for our first floor, and we loved them so much that bought one for our second floor master, also. They put out a great amount of air and are quiet.

    Unable to screw in the downrod due to poor machining. The threads we’re stripped. The canopy was nearly impossible to install and looks crooked. Canopy screw easily falls into the main system and required disassembly to retrieve.

    Remote control does not work. You cannot reverse the fan direction. Factory has not responded when asked about this situation.
