    I really like all these fans that we’ve installed, Hunter is always on their game and these are good quality. Having said that… I had an electrician hardwire 5 of them with lighting and fan separately switched. Those 5 are on variable switches for both the light and the fan, which works well, quiet… included bulbs are too dim, but I just bought higher wattage LED bulbs. I used the remote on one of these, and possibly coincidentally, possibly not, that fan can sometimes seem to ‘reboot’ – loses power for a few seconds every 20 minutes or so. I should’ve contacted customer support, but frankly I’m too busy to care that much, but it does leave me wondering if the remote control receivers are maybe not the best.

    Bought two! One for the bedroom and one in family room. Takes about an hour to install. Ceiling fans are a must have in hot climates.

    The media could not be loaded.

     Really like the look of the fan and how quiet it is. Light dimmer is not intuitive. You have to hold down the light button to change the brightness. It does have a great range of brightness.One problem is the light frequently flickers. Had electrician double check all the wiring and all was fine so it must be the light. Still very happy with it overall. Would give 4.5 stars if I could

    Never had a Hunter fan make humming noise – and all 3 of them do! Hubby wants to replace them since noise is annoying but it’s too late for returns now. Guess we should have used them more after December install but it was too cold!

    I purchased a bundle of these for my new home and at first they looked great, but they’re all trash! The fan uses a green control box that’s located within the housing at the ceiling. All of them flicker, pop on/off whenever they feel like it and the dimmer controls are shaky at best. Now at night I can’t even leave the fan on our else the lights occasionally strobe, waking us up at all hours!I reached out to Hunter fan co. directly and they were no help. Amazon only gives 30 days to return but I couldn’t dismount and repackage all 6 fans so I’m now faced with the decision to buy replacement control boxes and tear all the fans apart to attempt a fix myself, or I might as well replace them all with a different brand!Save yourself the time, money and stress and buy a good quality fan that actually works!!!

    Bought two fans at the same time. Fans and lights look great. Fans works fine. Lights started to flash after a day. Flashing got more often. One light flashed every few minutes, the other flashed every couple of seconds. Checked connections, both good. Contacted Amazon, they got Hunter on the call. Hunter was familiar with the problem. Sent two new remote control units (the ones in the fan housing). Arrived today; have not installed them yet.
