   I just installed this. I got it through Warehouse deals for $60. For the price, I like it a lot. The quality of the metal is very nice but the quality of the blades is just alright. The printed finish on one side looked great but had a few small imperfections on the darker side. My biggest complaint is it uses a single candelabra bulb so light output isn’t great. Installation was easy however the instructions and wire labels were not consistent but no big deal as this was an extremely easy to install fan.It looks nice and it reasonably priced at even the current $87. I would recommend this product, even though the lighting isn’t too great. Just add some lamps and you’ll be good. Hopefully this fan lasts but I guess we’ll see.3? month edit: I still like this fan for looks but I finally started using that room more and I have to say that that it really doesn’t move air efficiently. It will move the air directly under the fan well but beyond the circle of the blades, it moves basically no air. Makes the room fairly stuffy even on high speed. It is installed in a small room so that isn’t the issue.

   For anyone curious – if you want to buy down-rods for this fan you have to special order them for Lowe’s or Home Depot – it requires a 1/2″ diameter down-rod….the standard ones sold at Lowe’s/HD are 3/4″. Also – although the specs say that this fan can be mounted in multi positions – the hardware included does not allow it to be mounted on a vaulted ceiling – I had to purchase a seperate mounting canopy so that it could be mounted on my vaulted ceiling. The fan is quite and seems to work well – at the highest speed it really gets moving and pushes a lot of air around.

   Someone gave me one of these fans because the down rod was too low to fit in their home. I installed it in my office & MAN this thing is FAST. Its basically like a hurricane at top speed.Was shopping for a new fan for the bedroom, and I gotta say, it is SO hard to find a fan (especially at this price) that is not the ugliest most obtrusive thing on earth. I just want a simple, clean, modern looking fan that BLENDS. I don’t want people to notice it because ceiling fans are awful (but a requirement in South GA) And i don’t want to spend $300 on said piece of necessary evil…This fan is perfect for that. Oh- and I noticed that the info didn’t say this but the blades are reversible- they are like a dark wood color (almost black) on the other side if you have different decor!

   I purchased this fan about 10 months ago. The first time I used it, the fan portion stopped working. Weeks laters, I used it again and although the fan worked at first, once again it stopped. The third and last time I tried using the fan, worked at first then stopped. This time it tripped the breaker. I decided to get a new fan. As my electrician was removing it, he told me it was probably good I was replacing it. The fan motor was HOT and I hadn’t even used it in weeks. I am writing this review to warn you if you’re considering purchasing it.

   We were looking for a more modern design fan to go in the baby’s room and decided to give this one a try. The fan itself has been working well for almost a year now, no undue noise or issues. It’s actually quieter than other fans in our house that cost 2-3x’s as much. My only complaint would be the desire for a remote or a dimming function, but for the price, it’s a great little fan.

   The fan is quite reasonably priced and simple to use. But the casing that held it in place was cheap and warped after two years, so the fan fell down repeatedly.
