    We installed this light and found there to be a pretty significant delay for the light to come on… and EVERY-time we flip the light switch it also beeps and changes the hue of the lighting. So one flip will be bright white, then calm yellow, then somewhere in between.

    I ordered 2 of these. The light is gorgeous, but the fan doesn’t reverse and it’s stuck in winter mode, so it’s really not really a fan at all! And the second fan didn’t work. So, this wasn’t a great purchase at all.

    Well the directions are terrible. But I’ve put together my fair share of things with terrible directions. So we got it up and installed. So the light works. But only with the switch because the remote provided must go to something else. Clearly as you can see from the photos it will not fit a AAA battery. I’ve included a picture of where the directions say the remote needs a AAA battery. So I’m not sure what kind of battery this needs but it’s not a AAA. So because of that we cannot use the fan. If you are going to risk buying this fan I’d check the remote before you bother installing it.UPDATE….The company was quick to reach out to me and provide me with the correct battery type which is 23A. They were also willing to help with any installation issues and directions. They emailed me several times asking if there was anything else I needed or they could help me with. The company was great. And now that the remote works the fan and lights work! So the product it’s self is great. Just get the right battery. 23A.

     This fan is amazing!! It’s not very loud, has different light settings, fan settings and a remote.I actually got 2 (different colors) but I didn’t install them myself. This one went in with no problem but the other required some fiddling to get it to work. I would recommend either getting someone to put them in for you or having someone on standby to help out, like a professional handyman type. That’s who put my fans in and if they had trouble I’m certain I would’ve been crying and pulling my hair out ?They handyman guys (there were 2 of them) mentioned something about backwards or mixed up wiring. So, if you’re doing it yourself beware.The other issue was a small one and an easy fix – the battery for the remote. One part in the directions said “x2 AAA” and then later on specifically listed the name. It’s an A23 12 volt battery (what the directions called it), which I had never even heard of. This is not a triple A battery, which caused some confusion. I enclosed a picture to show the size difference.So, of course, I didn’t have one on hand. An internet search told me it was in stock at Walgreens but when I got there the product was labeled as 23A. So, I had to look it up to make sure it was the same thing and it was, lol. Make a note that 23A and A23 are interchangeable and are the same thing if you’re getting this ceiling fan.Also, be sure not to screw the remote holder into the wall too close to the door frame, otherwise it makes it hard to get the remote out.The handyman guys were complimenting my fans and everyone that has been over has really liked them too!!
