    the remote would not work to reverse fan speed nor set the 1,2,4 hr. time durations

    The media could not be loaded.

     The arms that hold the light bulbs were all loose. The electrical control box was loose inside the fan. Installed anyway. The lights turn on and off, the fan turns on and the speeds work correctly. Unfortunately the fan will not turn off, and the reverse button doesn’t work either. I’ve reached out to the seller, will update once I hear back.Seller stated that it would be too expensive to return and offered me a 35% refund. Unfortunately an $80 fan that doesn’t work isn’t any better than a $120 fan that doesn’t work. Amazon did an exchange for me, and the new one does stop but still doesn’t reverse, and one of the sockets for the light bulb is loose. Literally nothing to recommend this product.

    We are very disappointed. First it looked as if the fan had already been opened. Then the reverse function did not work. Too much trouble to take back down and send back. Probably my fault for ordering something like this from Amazon

    My kitchen gets so hot when I cook a holiday dinner so a fan is definitely needed. The fan that was in there was your typical ceiling fan but I wasn’t very low. This fan is great because it’s closer to the ceiling and gives off a lot of air. The blades of the fan match my cabinets and then the cage matches my black refrigerator etc. This was a perfect match for me and I highly recommend!

    We have a room that runs hot in summer and that has very low ceilings. A ceiling fan seemed to be out of the question for this room until we found this fan. It does not take more space than the previous light fixture and delivers a nice cool breeze when needed. The lights look nice as well. So far I’m happy with this ceiling fan.

    We bought a home with no ceiling fans. I’ve purchased 4 of these and am ordering another for the kitchen. They are great in the bedrooms, one is going in the den. Make sure you have new batteries in the remote or it will not work properly. Everyone who’s seen them loves them.
